Nigeria doesn't have a revenue problem; it has a corruption problem. What we urgently need is an anti-corruption reform bill, not a tax reform bill—otherwise, the new tax revenues will only end up in the hands of new thieves.

This is one positive benefit of the Tax reforms. No regulating agency of the government should deal with collecting money. All taxes and revenues flow to the newly formed Nigeria Revenue Service. Contractors get paid from the NRS which makes tracking projects more visible.

Nigerian has a spending problem. I don't think anyone corruption bill will be passed, because most of them allegedly get fault for inside matter. Just my thought.

All of them get fault so they will not push for that, all they want is more money generation so that even when they steal it will not be evident

Simple. That has been my question. Why collect more taxes that would eventually be stolen
