Former CIA Director David Petraeus: Ukraine had no navy once Russia occupied Crimea. In fact, they even sank their own flagship because they didn't think they could secure it. Yet they've taken down 35% of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. They've sunk it. Intelligence tells them where the ships are. Aerial drones pinpoint them, and maritime drones sink them. The Russians have tied the entire remaining fleet up in a port as far from Ukraine as they can get on the Black Sea because they're not allowed to transit the Turkish Straits under the Montreux Convention. Now Ukraine has maritime drones that launch aerial drones closer to that port, taking out refineries, storage sites, and then striking the ships that remain there.

More strikes by Ukrainian kamikaze drones on the Russian Rakushechnoye and Yuri Korchagin drilling platforms in the Caspian Sea, more than 1,000 km from the line of contact. The enemy drones were presumably controlled via Starlink. It can be seen that the platforms were equipped with light air defense systems or man-portable air defense systems to protect them, which they used to attempt to shoot down the drones, but failed to repel the attack. Military Informant Ukrainian drones have again attacked targets in Russia at a depth of 1,000 km, using Starlink. Elon Musk authorized these attacks. When will there be a response? We need to shoot down all his fucking satellites.

We started with simple kamikaze sea drones. Then we built drones with turrets that can shoot down helicopters. Now we have drones that can shoot down Russian fighter jets from the sea. We have developed boats that carry other drones. We also have boats that strike targets on land from the sea. And we are developing more stable drones that can operate longer and more effectively at sea. Soon – and not in the distant future – we will have systems that can operate even in ocean conditions. We are also actively working on underwater systems. So, facing threats in the Black Sea, we are finding the right security solutions. These solutions can be used in your matters as well – including in complex situations like the Strait of Hormuz today. Drones can solve problems that even a fleet sometimes cannot. From my address to the Parliament of the United Kingdom (6/7)

Russia is increasingly using small interceptor drones to stop Ukrainian kamikaze drones before they reach their targets. In recent footage, Russian mobile firing teams are seen launching "Yolka" interceptor drones against incoming Ukrainian FP-1 drones, with the interceptors reportedly destroying them through direct aerial collisions. The footage also shows Russian soldiers attempting to engage the incoming drones with small-arms fire, but hitting fast-moving targets at high altitude can be extremely difficult. Ukrainian FP-1 drones can also alter their flight paths, making conventional ground fire even less effective. As drone attacks become more common, both Russia and Ukraine are developing low-cost interceptor drones that can engage other drones in the air. This emerging Drone-vs-Drone technology could become an increasingly important layer of modern battlefield air defence. #russia #ukraine #RussiaUkraine #drones #DroneStrike

PETRAEUS: In Ukraine, area extending 35 kilometers in either direction from frontline is called "death zone." You have to be outside that "death zone" even to launch a drone or have headquarters. Everything that goes from the rear to the front with logistics is remotely driven. They don't use drivers in vehicles. They have remotely operated machine guns, grenade launchers, and observation platforms. And of course the whole array of aerial drones, from surveillance to suicide drones, first-person view, and even those going deep into Russia on a nightly basis.

UPDATE: Ukrainian intelligence used naval drone to launch a smaller attack drone, which then took out one of Russia’s S400 defense system. 🇺🇦🇷🇺 The S-400 is one of Russia’s most prized air defense systems, built to shoot down aircraft, drones, and missiles at long range. The cost gap is staggering. A single S-400 launcher and its support systems can cost billions of dollars. The drones used to destroy it likely cost only in thousands. What is genuinely new is the method. Ukraine used a naval drone, built for sea warfare, as a launch platform to carry smaller FPV drones against land targets.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Zelensky has stated that over the last 4 days Russia has launched roughly 1,500 Geran drones into Ukraine with over 800 being Geran-4/5 variants (which are jet powered). He stated that interceptions of Russian jet powered drones are minimal because of the increased speed and altitude of the drones. Ukraine relies heavily on anti-air gunners and interceptor drones to shoot down Russian Gerans. In previous years, the Russian Geran-2 drones (which were most prominent) were low flying and had a slow cruising speed. This made shooting them down with cheaper means easier. However, these new Russian jet powered Gerans fly too high and fast to be intercepted by anti-air gunners and interceptor drones. This forces Ukraine to have to utilize missile interceptors or fighter jets leading to more successful impacts. Eventually Ukraine will find a solution, but until they do Russia will keep hammering major cities across the country for months to come. For Ukraine's sake, I hope they find a solution before winter.

Global attention is focused on the Persian Gulf. But we have news too. March 2026 became the first month when, in terms of deep strikes, Ukraine reached parity with Russia. The average number of long-range kamikaze drones launched by Ukraine has significantly increased, while the average number of Russian strike drones launched against Ukraine has currently dropped to 90–110 per day. Experts offer various possible reasons for this decrease: ▪️ drone production in Russia was not fully localized and partially depended on Iran; ▪️ logistics routes have become longer, and Iran itself now needs drones; ▪️ Ukraine is partially hitting production sites and factories; ▪️ possibly, Russia is stockpiling drones, perhaps for hybrid provocations in other regions; ▪️ it is also likely that Russia has started supplying drones to Iran. By spring, Ukraine has significantly increased strikes on Russia using long-range kamikaze drones. For example: on the night of March 18, Russia officially claimed to have "shot down" 238 drones; however, some of them struck a chemical plant in Stavropol Krai and an electronics facility in Sevastopol. Ukraine has also expanded its operational range: over 1,500 km. Russians have openly expressed concern about the security of military infrastructure in the Urals. Ukraine has increased and continues to increase both the production and variety of drones. Moscow has been declared a target: from March 14 to 17, Russia reported about 250 drones in the Moscow air defense zone. 📹: Ukrainian Defenders destroying Russian air defense systems in Bryansk region of Russia

🇨🇳 China has demonstrated another computer simulation using the Zhutian reconnaissance-strike drone, capable of carrying up to 100 small kamikaze drones. 1. In the first case, it shows how a swarm of kamikazes is launched from a drone in the airspace over the Chinese province of Fujian to disable Taiwan's air defense systems, initially already knowing their location and capabilities. 2. In the second case, strikes are carried out against the US Navy's aircraft carrier strike group in the Pacific Ocean and its deck-based aircraft. Due to the large number of kamikazes, a breakthrough in American air defense is achieved. It's clear that in the simulation, so many drones cannot carry kamikazes at once. It's likely that in the case of real combat use, up to a squadron of 12 Zhutian drones will be simultaneously launched into the air. See the latest updates with us: Visioner

This morning, the Ukrainian 🇺🇦 army struck several targets in Moscow 🇷🇺, including the refinery for the 4th time this year. More than a thousand drones and missiles have been launched at Russia. This compilation of maps by Oko Gora shows the flight paths of Ukrainian drones in September 2026. Key takeaways from this latest attack: 🔸Moscow's air defense is highly effective; the majority of drones are shot down—which makes sense given that over 140 air defense systems are deployed there. 🔸Despite this five-layer air defense, some drones manage to get through; Ukraine is therefore employing a strategy of concentrating on and saturating a specific area. 🔸This time, Kyiv did not strike fuel depots but targeted critical sections of the refinery directly. During the June attack, the refinery sustained partial damage and only resumed operations in August. 🔸Looking at the Ukrainian strategy, the saturation phase began earlier, around September 17. Ukrainian drones cost less than air defense missiles, meaning this relentless defense comes at a high cost to Moscow. 🔸This marks the seventh attack on a Russian refinery this month and the 91st since the start of the year. This strains Russia's refining capacity and exacerbates fuel shortages in many regions. 🔸Finally, at least 10 different types of drones and missiles were used, demonstrating that Kyiv is accelerating the development of its strike capabilities—albeit lagging somewhat behind Russia, which employed this saturation strategy between 2023 and 2025 but uses it less frequently today.

For the first time, Ukraine 🇺🇦 is expanding mid-range strikes (with video feed) deep into Russian 🇷🇺 territory Dozens of strikes hit air-defense systems, radars and aircrafts in southern Russia. Strikes in 2026 against air-defense and radars damaged or destroyed more than 250 assets, including modern air-defense systems, jammers, and radars. Most of the fixed radars in Crimea have been hit, together with tens of air-defense systems in southern and eastern occupied Ukraine. With Starlink connexion, Ukrainian FP-2 drones (the main ones being used for these strikes) can reach anywhere in occupied Ukraine, but also in the black sea and in coastal areas of Russia. However, this is the first time we see video feed of strikes against airbases and air-defense systems in Russia, where Starlink cannot be used. There are few possibilities that could allow these strikes, with the use of a MESH system with repeater drones to keep connectivity or maybe something new. With precise strikes now targeting Voronezh, Rostov oblast and Krasnodar Kraï, Russia is now facing new difficulties. The destruction of multiple radars which guard the borders between occupied Ukraine (where Starlink can be used) and southern Russia can open new gaps for long range strikes targeting energy infrastructure and industry in southern Russia. For Ukraine, this may open the way to the targeting of Iskander and S-400 missile launchers close to the border in Bryansk, Kursk and Belgorod oblast which are used to target Kyiv (Kyiv is barely within range).

Strikes by the 🇺🇦 Unmanned Systems Forces on Russian cargo vessels in the Black Sea. A lot of failed attempts by the Russian air defence systems to intercept Ukrainian FP-1/FP-2 strike drones are shown. This time, the difference is that the attacks took place closer to the Russian coast, unlike most previous strikes on the Russian cargo fleet in the Black and Azov Seas, so it is clear that Russian ground-based air defense is more actively trying to repel the attacks.

Europe must finally equip itself with real strength, real ability to defend its skies, its land, and its sea against any type of attack. In particular, this means building sufficient air defense production capacity — both against drones and against ballistic missiles. The situation in the Middle East shows how difficult it is to provide one hundred percent protection against missiles and “shahed” drones. Even in the Gulf countries, which have more advanced air defense systems than those provided to us so far by our partners and have them in larger quantities, not all ballistic missiles are intercepted. There were also “shaheds” that air defense in the region has not stopped. Everyone can now see that Ukraine’s experience in defense is, in many respects, irreplaceable. We are ready to share this experience and help those nations that helped Ukraine this winter and throughout this war. We are ready to work on developing Europe’s shared defensive capabilities. Europe must have enough air defense missiles, enough experience in shooting down drones, and sufficient production of modern interceptor drones. Together, we can make this happen. Thank you to everyone working to strengthen the power of a united Europe.
