Nik Zherdev

I forgot about him! Man the amount of talented Russians who couldn't last is pretty crazy. Zherdev, Semin, Kuznetsov, theres got to be others I am forgetting.

fuck yeah! I got his picture at the flyers carnival and signed jersey. my favorite Russian player ever #93 baby

Million dollar skills with a 10 cent brain

I loved him

Nikolai Zherdev always was smooth as hell offensively.

He was always supposed to be kovalchuck 2.0, unfortunately wasn’t close, solid 60 point guy though

One of my favorite players! Loved him in NY!

Too bad he could never fall in line. All the tools but just too much of a "i do it my way" type of player

Another of the long lineage of Russian super ego players

Teemu

Ilya Kovalchuk

Similarly Petr Nedved. Both so talented and humongous big

Alex Semin in the same category

he was fun to watch .. had the same disease as Kovalev tho.

When he wanted to be, yeah
