About "effective range" it mean: It trigger in orange area out of her burst, the areas till the one i market with white during her burst and till the other area i market with her burst+full s1 stacks! I hope it help!

I'm not sure how min range increase works, but I guess it means you will get the buff effect unless the rapture is super close. The buff on her burst feels worthwhile tho. This may be a scenario of bunny ade being a iron ele of grave or mari. Basically ele adv for iron pierce.
