Sora is beautiful but the skill kit? Am i reading an SR character? this kit sucks. not good for PVP, 40s CD? a B1? 100% skip.

Shift Up, come on... you already went hog-wild with Siren's kit... even Bready's kit was decent after the nerf. A 40 sec Burst 1 whose only contribution is heal and parts break (PVP has no parts) isn't going to rock any boats.
