You don't always have to kill the healers, as long as you prevent the healer from doing its job you doing a successful play, Jeff was so focused here into surviving punisher that he wasn't healing his teammates

Jeff needs a nerf in the evasion regard, he shouldn't be that hard to kill. Look at Rocket, he only gets 2 dashes before a cooldown timer, and those dashes don't heal him. For Jeff to be able to infinitely swim and self heal, that's just crazy. Forced emerge + cooldown needed
