Nope, the stadium clock was not different than the TV clock. The NBC officials came back on TV and stated that the TV clock actually is the stadium clock. The TV clock was the official clock and it was expired. The game was over.

Don’t muddy the waters by putting it out there that the tv and stadium clocks weren’t in sync. There was no syncing to be had, the broadcast was using an inset clock. There’s only one story to talk about with this game, frankly in week one there’s one story.
