Standard practice, near a mosque, for parking on the double yellow, the red, or even two abreast into the road. Councils don't dare address it... Those that aren't already majority Muslim.

They live separately to our ways and laws.

Traffic wardens never give them a ticket either the too scared

I used to work in that area it was quite scary if you stopped at a light or junction they would be up against the car looking in to see who you were

To some people, the law is only a loose guideline.
