@HumansNoContext I think her arms are over the lane marker and she knew what she was doing, well planned. No win in my opinion.

@HumansNoContext The yellow baton clearly hits her right shoulder. Should have been called. Right when it hits her shoulder it correlates with the type of fall and imbalance we visualize. Still looks like a tie as the runner falling reaches the baton out.

@HumansNoContext You only have to see the tall woman's feet; they are closer to her opponent's lane than her own lane. What's the need to get so close?
