This is the best scam ever

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext The moron holding up the foods is hoping that people do not comprehend the difference between fructose and sucrose. Fructose is natural sugar found in plants and fruit. Sucrose is from sugar cane, and some sugar is inserted into processed foods to make it taste better.

@HumansNoContext Wow I just learnt this now

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext I know... they say sugar is sugar... and are calculated the same on a health scale No.... no it is not The sugar on the right will do FAR MORE damage to your health than the sugar on the left.

@HumansNoContext This is accurate

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Things can seem like this when you lie and are talking to retards. The very first thing he puts up is a lie. It's as if he is being paid by a soda company to make this shit.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Moron, natural sugar isn’t the same as processed sugar

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Fanta does not have 15g of sugar, it has like 30-40.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Tell me you haven't heard of the glycemic index without telling me you haven't heard of the glycemic index.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Lol how is there more grams of sugar in banana than what it weighs itself? Same for the apples. Nonsense

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Bullshit, complete bullshit, Banana 17 g sugar, 100g raisins 57 gr sugar and so on.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Different types os sugar 🤦

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext The eyes 🤣

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext dumb fucks will think this shit is simple without adding more context ,so there'll be more confident dumb fuck giving false info without watching the full video

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Fructose is the sugar in the left and sucrose is the sugar in the right gotten from sugar canes, fructose is far healthier than sucrose, hope this helps

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext What a fucking idiot

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext what's up with these retards promoting junk food in tiktoks? I saw these guys in my country's language too, they even are licensed nutritionists (proof that licensing is only useful to get paid more when you scam others). In any case fuck them

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Total poos for not throwing the toast an jelly on his face

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext 🤦🏼♀️It’s not simple & this clip is dumb. Fructose & glucose are naturally occurring sugars & a far cry from high fructose corn syrup found in that processed 💩! Not all sugar is the same! Bet ya think olive oil & criso are the same too🤣

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext No fibre at all on the right. Fibre is lacking in all processed food

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Pretty sure a can of soda is more than 15g of sugar

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext I eat a tun of sugary and fatty foods enough to probably kill a horse every day. I weigh 178 pounds and almost 50yo. Extremely healthy still because I work extremely hard and am very athletic. In my eyes life is too short to not eat what you really want to eat.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Comparing sugar from natural foods with sugar from ultra-processed foods is... in the end, one comes with vitamins, and the other comes with a headache and a visit to the doctor!

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Nutritious, whole foods are richer in vitamins n minerals; part of their carbs are actually fiber and resistant starch, wich slow sugar absorption, promote satiety, and feed your gut, helping to avoid fat gain in comparison to ultra-processed foods, which are just empty calories.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Why is his face like that

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext This is like how calorie counting has been a total scam. For those who don’t know, it’s actually the soda companies pushing the calorie disclosure so “hey this can is only 100 something calories surely it’s not that bad”. Wrong. They never ask to disclose GI, wonder why?

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext The key difference is context: junk foods contain added sugars without any fiber, causing sharp spikes in blood sugar and insulin. Fruits, on the other hand, naturally contain fiber, which slows down sugar absorption and helps protect the body from those spikes. Fruits are better

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Plenty of required micronutrients in the fruits. Even though they contain more sugar than the artificial foods it is natural and very healthy for the body.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext % by weight.... "My thing that weighs 10x as your has 2 x the sugar"... ummm ok.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Fucking retard don't the difference in natural and processed sugar

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Difference between natural sugar and highly processed sugar and how our body handles each is the key difference.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext a medium banana has 14g of sugar, not 202g 😳

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Irn Bru Xtra doesn’t have any sugar

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext It must be said that even if the items on the left have more sugar, they are healthier because they naturally have sugar, on the right instead we have almost exclusively ultra-processed products.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Artificial sweetener has same effect as sugar. Might be different calories. Basically this video is confusing.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext Still too much sugar either way. Too much of anything is no good.

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext

@HumansNoContext I’ll read this Thanks for sharing

@xBigAce @HumansNoContext You so f dumb
