The real environmental protection requires #Ethiopia to consider that there are tens of millions in Egypt and Sudan who rely on the waters of the Nile, and for Ethiopia to cease unilateral actions in the #GERD dam that cause artificial drought in the Nile in #Sudan and #Egypt.

Great point !! The world shouldnโt expect Africa to be the focal point when it comes to combating climate change since the continent had little to do with contributing to the phenomenon called โglobal warmingโ if weโre to go by what the science tells us. Ethiopia should be able to prioritize how it chooses to combat this phenomenon by adopting the net zero approach โ balancing its developmental initiatives (#LargeScaleFarming, #NaturalResources including #Coal, #AnimalAgriculture, โฆ) with that of the noble cause of the green agenda.
