Been doing this for 7 years now and won’t ever stop. It’s simple, can do it anywhere and most importantly it works.

When you do this, any tips on relaxing your legs/ankles? Just gained over time/practice? I’m having to intentionally work on that so it doesn’t exhaust my ankles tensing up for balance

Are you resting on your haunches or are you holding yourself up by your quads?
