I think State Election Commission is doing a good job. If he wishes to be part of Karnataka's electoral roll with a valid residence, he can call up BLO ask for rolling back. Or if he has no time, given his busy schedule for propaganda, he can fill FORM 6 (online on ECI app) with Karnataka address and register as a new voter between August 24th and September 23rd.
