I am sure it may vary by area but I never heard of a law that states your car has to have a license plate on it at all times even when being parked. A group of friends took off the license plate of their car to take pictures. Some cops came by and cited them for it. I don’t think everyone knows about this law, so if I’m say waxing my car and want to take the plate off so I can get to areas around it better, an officer can come by and cite me for it? I know I don’t have to have a front plate anymore and even when I started driving years ago I never kept a front plate on it and only got warnings for it. Maybe these friends are being trivial but have you heard of this? Do you think you should get a ticket if your parked car doesn’t have a plate? Thinking about it, maybe it’s because the plate is an identifying piece of the car, so if anything happens a plate is required for identification purposes. That’s my take on this, I can’t think of any other reason.

It's amazing how a cop could be so wrong, but still try to double down. This officer pulled this guy over claiming he could not see his plate. The driver confused about why, goes out there to look. Listen to what the officer says. But then has the nerve to try and double down to turn it into a full traffic stop. Get a dash cam if you don't have one folks. You never know when it will be of use.

I know that people can wake up to reality because I did. I made this video in one take (I was out of breath by the end) when I discovered how wrong I had been. You can tell how bad I was at video editing then and can hear the traffic in the background, but it is a raw and real video that I had put together out of sheer frustration of the ridiculousness I was seeing.

You have the legal right to record police in a public place. I encourage every Aussie to do so to keep them in line. “Do you know why we stopped you?” This is a trap. I have to say this arrest video really caught me off guard. Female police officer pulls over a truck for not coming to a complete stop at a stop, sign. The woman behind the wheel obliges and gives her drivers license. The officer discovers that the woman’s insurance had lapsed two days earlier so she commands of the woman to get out of her car. The woman wants to know why in the officer says I don’t have to give you a reason get out of the car this escalates as you can imagine the officer proceeds to drag the woman out of her car, slap her around and get extremely rough with her.. Shockingly so for something like this.. I want your opinions on this one because I’m generally pro law-enforcement, but this seems over the top. She gave this woman a concussion. There’s more to the story and I will Post part two for context the and conclusion.
