Let me clarify my point. Scrambled eggs are still amazing for you. The purpose of this reel is to show you how to fully reap the benefits of eggs. This doesn’t mean you can’t eat scrambled eggs. Eating scrambled eggs is better than no eggs!

Yes , I did burn the eggs. I was not paying attention to the pan while I was filming. But even soft scrambled eggs will denature the eggs yolk.

This is the dumbest post you have ever made, you can literally eat to your taste, this is the definition of over optimization. Most people eat fruit loops, if you think scrambled eggs are the problem you have lost the plot… and for the record I eat over easy

Engagement farming again : Contrary to claims that scrambling eggs is the worst cooking method due to denaturing yolk nutrients, scientific evidence shows that it does not significantly reduce nutritional value more than boiling or poaching, as cooking generally enhances protein digestibility up to 91% bioavailability while causing minimal, comparable losses in vitamins like A and E across methods.

I'm sure they get less denatured if you don't burn them like you did

Just eat it however you like. Don’t make it difficult to eat good food.

If you shove an entire egg in your rectum you actually get even more nutrients.

Denaturation is not protein destruction it improves digestibility and absorption

If you cook them like that I'm not surprised! 😆 Both the English and French eat them scrambled mostly soft which is half cooked.

This insufferable clown just rattles off increasingly imbecilic takes more and more every day. Someone should do a wellness check on this man’s mental health or a forensic audit on his bank accounts.

I poach my eggs in the microwave. I put three eggs into a bowl cover them with water to where the water is an inch above the eggs. Microwave for 1:55 and they turn out perfectly poached. The timing is different for each microwave and bowl size so it takes a bit of experimentation. But once you get it down it's quick & easy. Next Paul will take the joy out of this by telling me I'm gonna die from microwave radiation poisoning or something.

You could have just as easily made your point about the best way to eat eggs by just telling people how you’d suggest it without confusing most people into thinking scrambled eggs are bad. It seems the only way you know how to communicate is through fear mongering every possible thing you can

Seriously, when I'm in a hurry, I'll just crack three eggs in a glass of milk and drink it raw. Once you get used to it it's not bad.

If you are denaturing the nutrients, you are cooking them too hard. You can cook scrambled eggs with a softer curd than the yolk of a soft boiled egg. At that point, if there is any loss of nutrients from heat, it is extremely minimal.

How much difference does it actually make?

I avoid this by eating them raw in shake form.

Gimme a break. I exert enough initiative searching for pasture-raised eggs that are organic. Now, he is telling me that I am cooking it wrong. At my older age, I have been cooking eggs for more years than most of you have been alive. So, don't tell me that I am doing it wrong.

Poached in bone broth is the manliest way to eat your eggs. So that’s how I eat them…

What about the yolk itself. Runny vs fully cooked?

Scrambling an egg is like being natty in 2025: destroying your own potential. The yolk is a miracle molecule matrix: vitamin A, choline, cholesterol, biotin… all the raw code your body uses to build hormones, brainpower, and muscle. Sunny side up = Natty Plus. Scrambled = mainstream mediocrity.
