Am I the only one who finds it rather unfair? That, - You plant trees with your own money in your own land. No permission needed. - But you must seek permission to cut your own trees from people who do not know the trees exist or helped you plant the trees.

Please make sure whoever cuts a tree must appear before the court. And the court should help the administrators in prosecuting the culprits.
