Prosecutors and judges consistently give juveniles a slap on the wrist, and they think they are invisible and above the law. They become entitled adults who still get a slap on the wrist. So many people are dead because a prosecutor and judge did not do their job and lock up people who deserve to be locked away forever or a very long time.
