Does that include authentic German Sauerbraten? The Classic recipe calls for 3 days in the Marinade. I made it for my Dad (who was German) for his birthday, he said it was perfect!

Very useful tip. My grandfather had a flank steak recipe he'd always marinate overnight, so I had always gone with that method. I recall cutting it shorter in a pinch one time and remembering it was still very good. Now I know why.
