The term teenager was born out of a variety of reasons. Mainly after western civilisations had experienced an economic boom after WW2 and those between 13-19 had much more disposable income, businesses coined the term as a means of classifying its audience

They slow the education on baby. They don't give education since birth. Toddlers can actually speak and do their things without the adult ask them to do it after they are being taught since almost 1 yrs old.
