I do not participate myself since 2020 when my business was deemed non-essential and I lost my income. Then with all the time I had on my hands I learned that the 16th amendment was never ratified properly & there is NO LAW that says we have to pay on our personal income.

They’re voluntary, but, like he said, it would have to be millions upon millions of people, at once. Trump has already said numerous times, is that we’re not gonna be paying any income tax here soon. Oh, I can’t wait to see how the left tries to spend that. They’ll complain. If he cured cancer tomorrow, they would be complaining about how he was putting people out of work. If he released the free energy patents, they’ve been holding in the Pentagon for decades, they would complain that people were losing their jobs in the energy sector. People should at the very least change their w-2 to exempt. Have a copy of 1985 irs commissioner's letter, video of former irs employees stating they can not find any law requiring it, court cases showing its not a law, video/record of congress member and others stating it is voluntary, etc. Maybe @DataRepublican or @IanCarrollShow, @elonmusk or others can do a deep dive on this subject and post it for every one to have consolidated data for their records. Btw, if no one pays taxes, the fed just pushes a few buttons on a computer and trillions can magically appear. And states simply cause fires, floods, or declare some emergency for the federal magic money.

This is incorrect. Taxation without representation doesn't apply because the US does not create its own currency. Therefore it is not a constitutional currency. The taxes that are enforced are rental charges for the currency that the US leases for local exchange and transactions

We can only control income taxes. We cannot avoid… -sales taxes -property taxes -energy taxes -telecom taxes -food taxes -alcohol & tobacco taxes -gas taxes -STATE INCOME TAXES -tolls -fines / penalties … and likely many I’m missing.

My first night to work in 2026 and going in to file EXEMPT on federal. I will place the tax amount in my savings but it will take them threatening me to get it. Hopefully millions do this so we stand together and make a statement.
