@Saschabailey Nailed it! It's a belonging (psychological) issue, not a physiological issue. The dogmatic rules of how each sex were relaxed for a time. "Be you, just don't hurt anybody." That got subverted to "If you want to be different, you need to mutilate your body to do so."
