The point is that I think he realised he was in trouble, he got a lot of flak for it and thought that he could force the Iranians to back down. They are holding firm. I think the danger here is they have to be prepared at some point, I think, to make a deal. [WATCH] THE PRESIDENT WILL NOT RESIGN. When it comes to the President, there is always a distinctive role between him being the President of the party and the state. There are many factors that influence the state in terms of governance and stability. If the President is called upon by some to resign and he keeps quiet it can throw the state into a state of turmoil. I want to make it clear that the officials agreed with the President on his approach, he took us into confidence and explained the factors that led him to make that particular pronouncement. We believe that the President did the right thing in pronouncing in the best interest of South Africa that he will not be resigning. There was nothing in terms of the judgment that warranted the President to resign it was just mere calls made by individuals and political parties that wanted to throw our country into a state of turmoil, uncertainty and anxiety. So it was imperative that he focus on that. It was correct for him to tell the country that from where he is standing there is nothing in the judgement that states he has done any wrongdoing and what he is going to do with the options in front of him and he has made this public. The President will take the Section 89 Report on review based on the outcome of the judgment and the legal advice he has received. There are no daggers out for the President to resign just opportunistic elements. These elements do not know what they want, they want to impeach and want him to resign, they do know what they actually want. The veracity of the report has not been tested in any committee so they don’t have a basis for the President to resign.

Yesterday while watching the Tokyo special again in English, I realized that some of the characters' sounds were not from the actors in English, it was actually French dub. Just as it happened in the Paris and London specials. And checking with the credits, it indicates that the main production is from Disney EMEA and particularly France. So, at least in the Miraculous World, the original audio is French and from there they take it to use in the other sound mixes. I will be able to give you a couple of examples, so that you can listen.

P’Ju was actually in the middle of preparing song for his own concert, trying to figure out what song he should use as the opening but when it was time to go rehearse for PerthSanta’s concert, he deliberately put it aside and went in with a clear head because, as he said, “this is PerthSanta’s time.” 🥺 (Luckily, they settled on the song shortly before rehearsal) he is so sweet and genuinely care for perthsanta 😭💘

This guy rented his Airbnb to a family. They called him requesting a litter box. He doesn’t allow pets in his Airbnb. So he told them he doesn’t allow pets. They said it wasn’t for a pet it was for their son. So he asked if it was an animal or an actual person. They said it was for their son who identifies as a cat. He told them that was fine but there would be a cleaning fee. The cleaning fee was going to be $2,000. The crazy thing is the family is actually considering this. 🤦🏼‍♂️😳

This man was always excited about Skyline Chili, he’s heard from co-workers how good it was and always wanted to. On his day he happened to be in the vicinity of one and decided to try it out. Immediately when he walked in, he wasn’t greeted at all, in fact they ignored him. The cashier that begrudgingly took his order seemed forced and was bothered by having to serve him. He felt like they made it a point make him feel unwelcome. He ordered the food for dine in, waited a while for it and saw that they packed it in bags to go, further emphasizing how not welcome he was, determined to get the full experience, he sat and ate. He noticed his food was intentionally watered down and disgusting. He was very underwhelmed by this. He was still so upset about being treated so poorly, he left his food and left the restaurant. Would you have tipped them like he did, after they treated him so poorly?

What he does is he grabs the back of his head and he just starts tugging on it. The idea was he would pull it as far as he could, and then we would take over stretching the image, making it appear to be distorting in a way that it physically couldn’t. Then basically when I shot Vince I just kept urging him to pull harder, and harder, and harder until finally the final take he just pulled it until the makeup just ripped. We said, ‘Okay, we got it.’ That’s what’s in the show because it’s really tugging on his face the maximum it could be done, and then we just extended that. Helped by a little bit of editing we were able to put a ridiculously large CG creature inside of a human sized body, and we’re not seeing it all at one time, you kind of get away with the fact that, well maybe he was in there he was just hunched up.” – Eric Brevig, Men In Black visual effects supervisor.
