🚨HUGE. Gig workers on strike, demand ₹40,000 monthly pay, pension & fixed entitlements ~ Unions say commission-based gigs deny minimum wages, social security & safe work conditions. · 10–20 minute delivery targets push riders into risk. Security and dignity are non-negotiable, but does a fixed salary fit a flexible gig model, or will it end jobs and raise costs?
