Hes part of that young gun crew as well..... Its good to have him get some extended minutes... We all just want to do better and that includes the head coach. I have to do a better job with this group. We have the potential we can see, its a matter of consistency and thats what im here for. Also to hold the young guys accountable, and we have more of them than in recent history, but also develop them and infuse confidence in them. Thats a fine balance but thats what im here for. I want to take that challenge and be better with that these final 30 games"

Obstacle courses go far beyond: "just letting kids play" It's unfortunate that we don't have more forward thinking and creative coaches working with young athletes. Often times I see little kids doing little adult training instead! Obstacle courses are a great choice when working with younger pre-adolescent athletes. While many coaches view obstacle courses as “just letting the kids play” or just “running races with things in the way”, the experienced coach knows that any activity can be manipulated to get a desired training effect. Obviously for the youngest of children just “letting them run” an obstacle course at their own pace or racing against a friend is highly engaging and extraordinary for cardiovascular conditioning but we can also use obstacle courses as a task-oriented opportunity to train other elements like mobility, strength, speed, balance and coordination using variety and diversity of movement. Lets take a look at some examples: 1. Mobility obstacle course 2. Crawling/Climbing Obstacle course 3. Motor skills obstacle course 4. Jumping obstacle course A coach can use these exercises as a stand alone activity or combine them in an infinite number of variations to develop a wide range of athletic skills. #LTAD Anyone interested in learning more about youth athletic development DM me for details on courses.

I’m a man of my word. First lorry of food has arrived. And we will be launching in Ilford from next week. And if it goes well. We will roll out all over the place. We not messing about. Food at the right price and affordable. How am I doing it so cheap? The food/drink I’m selling will have shorter dates on them for example if you go to a supermarket a tin of beans might have 9 months date left - mine will have 2/3 - plus I won’t be paying high rent. I will be running this on market stalls. We will also be buying fruit / veg locally and try to support local farmers! so hopefully we will help the markets get busy. Save people a few quid on their shopping and have a laugh doing it. As this gets more and more busy I will be looking for staff. So get in touch via email for job opportunities. Lets go!! Bosh❤️

Okay so this got way out of hand as per usual 😊 So I accidentally built an entire DOS text-based user interface (TUI) running on the web called PieterOS: 💾 It has a collective file system so anyone that opens it can save and edit and the drive is constantly synced, it has Notepad, Paint, a DOS Terminal emulator, File Commander (ala Norton) And PieterGPT where you can talk to AI I also made Program Generator 9000, and the idea is you write a prompt and it on-the-fly generates a new program inside PieterOS, but it doesn't work well yet Oh and it has Hacker News, of course 😂 I always wanted to build a TUI like this but never could before AI, but now I can 😍 Please be kind and remember everyone can see each other's files!
