Nooooo! RIP James Earl Jones

The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It's been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt, and erased again. But baseball has marked the time.

He was soooooo good in that movie, I swear sometimes I watch it just to see his character 🥰😢

Truly one of the greats. He had what I heard referred to as, "Inherent Majesty". Sidney Poitier, Gregory Peck, and possibly no others. He had a presence that was unique and yet well-known to all. An artist who's work was much more than what we saw on stage, screen, or on a page. His impact cannot be measured in any terms we are familiar with. He was a giant that will be missed. He will be celebrated. We were fortunate he chose the line of work he did so we all were given a chance to see that work and know what a true professional he was. Thank you James.

His best work was obviously in naked gun 33 1/3. Field of dreams a close second. Photo finish!
