Chelloor Mahadeva temple, Malappuram: Update. After death of Chief Priest in temple pond, followed by other omens, the worship at this ancient temple has been stopped temporarily. The police investigation and inquest has concluded that death is by drowning. This is second known death by drowning in the temple pond. The presence of a very powerful and fierce Goddess Bhadrakali is evident in the temple, who is not worshiped now. Also certain vastu errors has been found in earlier restorations done. The temple is thousands of years old and in the category of Mahakshethra. UgraNarasimha Charitable Trust will revive the temple, following all rituals and as per temple vastu shastra. This video highlights a shocking historical injustice at the Jogulamba Devi Temple complex in Alampur, Telangana. It is clearly visible that a mosque has been built directly over an ancient Hindu temple, completely disregarding its sacredness. To further diminish the temple’s sanctity, a graveyard was also established within the complex. The most heart-wrenching detail is that the very walls and sacred Vigrahas (idols) of the temple were used as the foundation and building materials for the mosque. You can still see the ancient temple Gopura on the mosque structure itself. Historically, in 1390 CE, the Bahmani Sultan ruthlessly destroyed these magnificent temples and villages, showing immense cruelty toward the local people. Even today, many local Mu£lims choose not to enter this specific mosque as it sits within the temple complex, preferring a newer one nearby. It is deeply concerning why the government has not yet taken steps to redevelop the temple and remove the graveyard from the complex. This video is a plea to the officials and the public to recognize this historical wrong and hope for a restoration of the temple's glory.

On January 1st, TMC leader Kunal Ghosh entered the temple, attacked the sevaits (priests), and leveled baseless accusations against the temple authorities. This temple has been a pillar of community service, providing free meals, distributing clothes, and attracting thousands of devotees daily. TMC has long targeted the temple funds, failing to gain control and now resorting to such tactics. In a video, a priest reveals how TMC members, including scam-accused Kunal Ghosh is trying to permanently shut down the temple. Another video shows TMC Leader Uttam Haldar and drunk associates threatening a priest's family with violence. Despite these incidents, the Kolkata Police has not taken action. Meanwhile, Mamata Banerjee, who claims to be a devotee of Maa Kali, has remained silent. Bengali media is also not covering this event. An incident similar to that of Bangladesh is happening in the hearts of Kolkata with TMC leaders wearing the caps of the Razakars. Kunal Ghosh has no authority to decide what Hindus will believe in. In 2016, Moplah encroachers succeeded in getting a court stay against restoration of the SankaraNarayana temple in Malappuram and got criminal cases registered on devotees for praying at the temple. In 2024, UgraNarasimha Charitable Trust restarted worship at the temple ruins. The impleading application by UgraNarasimha Charitable Trust in ongoing court case is being opposed by Moplah encroachers. The attempt is to delay the case as much as possible and prevent restoration of the temple. We will not give up, we will restore this temple. #ReclaimTemples

The deities (Thirumenigal) are so large, but look how it has fallen into ruin. ​Bagawan owns 19 acres of land. It’s not one or two acres; the deity has 19 acres of land. The deity’s name is Chidambareswarar. He is magnificent and beautiful, and the Nandi Lord is also very beautiful. Everything here consists of ancient deities. This banyan tree has grown over a 1,000 to 1,500-year-old temple. ​Please share this video as much as possible. Help restore this temple. We make a humble request to the HR&CE department to restore such ancient temples, restart regular worship, and hand them over to the local community. Buried beneath water, mud, and decades of neglect, a centuries-old deity idol has emerged from the depths of the stepwell. For its protection, the idol has been temporarily placed in a nearby temple and will be respectfully returned to its original place in the vav once restoration is complete.
