This is a flat-out lie. For instance, nine of the vaccines currently on the childhood vaccine schedule were tested against inert placebo. The remainder were tested against proven safe vaccines that earlier underwent trials with placebos. Example:

Please provide 1 example of when the incidence rate of an adverse event in the trial meant that a vaccine should not have been approved and, if a true placebo control had been utilized, a different decision would have been reached. Just 1 clear example where the comparison to something other than a true placebo meant that an unsafe vaccine was approved.

Wrong. The vaccines are based on trials of the antigens over many decades. Also, cohort studies over decades looking at millions of children, comparing vaxxed to unvaxxed show the benefits of vaxes outweigh the harms. 1/2

This is lawyerly wordplay masquerading as epidemiology. The FDA’s own VARIVAX insert states that its efficacy was established through a "placebo-controlled, double-blind clinical trial" involving 491 vaccinated children and 465 placebo recipients. During the first year, 8.5% of the placebo group contracted chickenpox, compared with none of the vaccinated group. VARIVAX is injected and is part of the childhood schedule. One documented counterexample is sufficient to demolish a supposedly "categorical fact". The wider insinuation is equally dishonest. When an effective vaccine already exists, researchers normally compare a replacement against that vaccine rather than deliberately leaving children unprotected. That is elementary research ethics, not evidence of some ancestral chain of untested products. Placebo trials also cannot detect extremely rare effects without implausibly enormous samples, which is why clinical trials are supplemented by continuing population-level safety surveillance. "Read chapter 10 of my book" is not an answer to the FDA documents. Apparently, neither is reading them accurately.

You are wrong. Placebo-controlled: For decades, U.S. law has required vaccines (and all other medications) to be tested in a manner that enables us to learn about the intervention, such as by comparing the potential product (i.e., vaccine) against a placebo.

Significant. Japan I believe does not vaccinate until age 2. Next to no SIDS. If all kids get jabbed as babies, the destruction of their brain may start before milestones are reached
