One, your party closed all the storage and refining facilities, whereas in Norway they ensured that they have the infrastructure. Oil is then sold on the open market by oil companies who reap the majority of the profit as again, thatcher privatised the fucking lot. Norway state owned, money goes straight in the bank. The oil price is set by opec, who can increase or reduce productivity of Saudi oil to control the price that suits.

Maybe you don't know any Norwegians. Norway is not stealing our gas, and Rosebank is West of the Shetlands, the opposite side to Norway. You might also like to look up the Barents Sea, where the new Norwegian finds are. Hint: it's not near the UK. In the real world, with global LNG at best intermittent, renewables are saving our skin right now.
