Ryan Garton told AP he saw immigration enforcement agents pinning down a man on the side of the road in a Chicago suburb as he was driving home. He pulled over to document what was happening on video. One agent had his knee on the man’s back and was “beating up on him,” Garton said. An agent told local police that they mistook the man for a fugitive and released him after realizing he is a U.S. citizen, according to a police statement.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent has FINALLY been charged, with TWO felony assault charges, for pointing a gun at U.S. citizens, in Minneapolis. And a nationwide warrant has been issued for his arrest. According to the criminal complaint, Gregory Morgan, 35, was driving an unmarked SUV on the shoulder of Highway 62… flying past traffic to bypass a rush-hour bottleneck. When another driver briefly moved over to slow him down, Morgan didn’t just move on… He pulled alongside their car, rolled down his window, and pointed a gun directly at both people inside while still driving. The victims called 911, saying they thought a random person was aiming a gun at them. One even recorded video of the SUV, which helped investigators track him down. Morgan later said the same line every ICE agent says… He pulled the gun because he “feared for his safety” and yelled, “police.” But, prosecutors say he wasn’t responding to any emergency or operation… he was simply heading back to a federal building to end his shift. Surveillance footage shows him riding the shoulder, pulling up next to the victims, and staying there for several seconds before speeding off and merging back into traffic. He’s now facing two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, each carrying up to seven years in prison, and a nationwide warrant has been issued for his arrest. was in an auto the other day and the driver kept watching short videos while driving not occasionally watching, this dude was locked in busy scrolling and not really paying attention to the road at one point, a truck ahead of us started reversing, he didn’t notice and i had to scream Anna nodi munde, he braked at the last second I told him, calmly, please don’t watch videos while driving, and not just with me, even when you’re alon, he agreed but 5 minutes later, he was back at it again you can see in the video, he knows i’m recording him, he tries to block it with his shoulder, but still doesn’t stop watching clips I’m not even mad at him, I could see he is clearly addicted to it, he’s not really at fault, i don’t know who is at fault and there are so many people who do this everyday, scrolling through reels while driving and it’s dangerous, even if you are careful there is always a chance someone else on the road is glued to their phone and they dont pay attention

Yesterday, ICE reportedly told police that a man “weaponized” his vehicle by “ramming” into an ICE sedan, forcing an agent to fire his gun during an operation in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Except… that’s not what the video shows. In the video, an ICE agent rushes the driver’s window with his gun drawn. The agent recklessly waves his gun around, and appears to order the driver to roll down the window. That’s an extreme use of force from the very beginning. Another agent approaches the car, and moments later, they violently smash the driver’s window. And notice how the driver doesn’t try to flee until ICE violently escalates everything. He drives around the ICE vehicle, makes it into the street… not hitting a single ICE agent, or vehicle. Then, AFTER the car is already past every agent, and driving away, an ICE agent opens fire. The law is pretty clear… officers may only use deadly force, against a fleeing person, if they have probable cause to believe that person poses an immediate threat of death, or serious physical injury to the officer, or others. So, where was the immediate threat? The car had already passed the agents… and was driving AWAY. ICE also claimed Lara-Hernandez had a criminal history of assault, and that this was a targeted enforcement operation. Yet, publicly available court records reportedly do not show any active warrants. Federal agents don’t get to point guns at people without legal justification. They don’t get to fire at a vehicle after the immediate threat has passed. And they don’t get to lie to police about what happened. So, when are we going to start holding these agents accountable?

Not a drag queen. Not a trans woman. A BORDER PATROL agent… drunk, armed, and completely out of control… was the one wandering into the women’s restroom, in Long Beach, California. He left his firearm and ammunition clip sitting on the sink. And when a woman went to wash her hands, he slid the gun and clip into his waistband, called her “sweetie,” and asked her out… all while intoxicated. When security told him to leave, he didn’t. He stumbled around the parking lot with his gun. He tried to toss the gun behind a palm tree as officers pulled up. When they moved in to arrest him, he fought them, injuring one officer during the struggle. And as shown in the body cam footage, the police found his gun was loaded. This is the pattern: ICE and Border Patrol agents are pulling guns on unarmed civilians on duty… and now we’re watching them get drunk, invade women’s bathrooms with their guns, wander public spaces armed, and assault responding police, while they are off duty. (And let’s not forget drunk driving as well.) These agents aren’t “protecting communities.” They’re endangering them… on and off the job. And people still wonder why businesses are turning them away?

A 16-year-old boy driving to work saw a car in a ditch, but every other driver kept going by... ...not this boy, he stopped his car and he found a woman UNCONSCIOUS behind the wheel and he SAVED HER LIFE!!! First responders say if he'd been even been 20 minutes later, she would NOT have survived! His name is Randy Gerlach, from Morrison, Illinois. Earlier this month he was driving to work when he spotted a car sitting in a ditch along Linden Road. He watched as other cars drove right past it. Randy couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. So he turned around in town, because he figured if it was just a fender bender, the driver would be long gone by now. They weren't. He walked up to the car and found a woman slumped over, unconscious, engine still running, doors locked. He called 911 immediately and stayed on the line, doing exactly what the dispatcher told him until crews arrived and pulled her from the locked car. He went with them all the way to the hospital, and the first responders told him something chilling: 20 minutes later... and she likely doesn't survive. TWENTY. MINUTES. His family calls him a hero. But good ol' Randy refuses to say so. He says he was just in the right place at the right time and actually did the right thing instead of driving past. His advice to everyone else? THE MEDICAL OPINION ON NANA PATEKAR'S DEMISE Dr Shekhar Salkar, a senior doctor at Manipal Hospital, says •Our favourite actor Nana Patekar was brought dead to our hospital and was declared dead at 5:20 a.m. today. •His caretaker arrived at around 4:18 or 4:20 a.m., took our ambulance and went to his flat, which is nearby •By the time our team reached there, he was already on the ground, unconscious and almost unresponsive. •They started CPR and shifted him to the hospital while continuing CPR. •He was brought here in about 10 minutes, and we continued CPR here as well. But it was like he was brought dead. •So we had to register a medico-legal case, and the body has now been shifted to Goa Medical College for post-mortem. •It was a cardiac arrest, but we do not know the cause. He was a known cardiac patient and was on medication, as far as we have been told."

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent in, Kent, WA, was caught on video recklessly driving, backing into a car, hitting it… and then driving away. In the video, the agent pulled out into traffic, while the light was green, stopped sideways across multiple lanes, repeatedly cut off a driver, who was filming… And then, the agent put the vehicle in reverse, backed up until they hit the car behind them, pulled forward, waited at the red light, and drove away like they didn’t just hit another car. If anyone else used their car to intimidate someone, and then backed up and hit their vehicle, people would expect accountability. But since they are ICE agents… this is just the new normal for Americans. DHS keeps telling the public that ICE is making our communities safer. So, it’s time for Americans to start asking… how is this making anyone safer?
