It’s not global demand it’s demand primarily from China. Which is why every African nation should reject them.

Leading with what was lost rather than what remains is the right order. A current population number means nothing to someone with no baseline, but ninety eight percent gone is legible instantly, and that is what makes people read the rest.

Kudos to all doing this great service. @kaziranga_ too has achieved great success in Rhino conservation though the elephant babies in Assam are being sent to Tamil Nadu temples for a life of captivity. May the ilk of rhinos and other wildlife thrive.
