I never “heard” my mom and dad, no, that would be way too easy. No, I got the full Monty show when I actually walked in on my mom and dad!! 😳 I could NOT get out of that room fast enough. The first kid will probably need lots of therapy, but the second kid was a little to enthusiastic about telling mom all about it. 😂 Can you imagine?

Sometimes I just miss my dad. Wish I could give him my truck or give him a little cash. (my old man was an OG so he was all about that cash;) When I met Isaiah’s dad, Ricardo - he immediately reminded me of my old man. Hard worker, struggled with hard times, but always did what he could to take care of his family. My dad even opened up a cleaning service, just like Isaiah’s dad. And just like my dad back then, the one thing, Ricardo needed was a truck for all his supplies and to get to and from work. I gave Ricardo my personal truck. I gave Ricardo some cash. I think in a way, this moment with Ricardo, felt like my dad was still here with me and I could make him happy. Got me emo. When I cry, I start to whisper. Love you both, Isaiah & Ricardo. It's an off catalog ruby Daytona. The only other one I know to exist is on the wrist of Federer's wife. I was honored because this was a perfect thing to wear with my Tiffany $30 million card that I caused a commotion with. As a watch collector, I will admit when I received this piece, I wept. Because it took my whole life to get to where I got this Rolex. Listen, there are things in your life that are really not about money. This is the honor of watchmaking as art.

I remember those days i would just be upstairs, sometimes for a week. I don't go down. Mum or my sisters or Aunts bring my food upstairs. Sometimes I hear a visitor ask my Dad about me and he tells the person he hasn't seen me for a week and depending on the family relationship, he directs the person to my room. One time, I needed to understand why my Dad and my Mum were always sick and worried when ever I was driving home late. They prefer I sleep or lodge wherever I am then drive at night to my own house (comfort zone). I was driving to visit them one time and I got home past 12 mid9th. I saw my Dad sitting outside waiting for me. This man doesn't joke with his sleep, i asked him why he was still up, and he said he just came out to enjoy fresh air. The next day, my mum told me how my Dad was worried and scared, and I was like at this my age? She said “Your Dad even called Yusuf (Albati barracks) putting them on Standby to go search for you if you were not home by 1 am. I was laughing out so LOUD!... When my Dad came back from work, i was about to leave, i jokingly asked him why he was worrying himself and he said “Person when no get pikin no know wetin God do for am. When you give birth to yours, you will understand”.
