Tomorrow I'm going to work on songs again and I have to go today too after this shoot. And because we constantly want to show good sides of ours, of course the other units were the same too. But settling on [this concept] and moving forward with it then thinking 'wouldnt this be better than that?' led us to work on a new song again. And then thinking 'won't this genre be better than that?' so we are working again on another song, hence there is nothing to give a spoiler for. Though I don't know how it will turn out in the end but the songs and album to be released will be created to the best of our abilities.

When I launched Attention Copilot, I mostly thought of it as a way to help people get unstuck in one session: Bring a task that feels ugh, reconnect with why it matters, and do it while a coach tracks your attention and inner state. When resistance shows up, we work with it in the moment instead of just talking about it or white-knuckling through it. That still feels core! But after watching people work with us over weeks and months, one pattern stands out: important work is where this stuff shows up. The work that matters asks for more clarity, courage, patience, or focus than your default habits make easy. So when you practice working with resistance while actually doing it, your relationship to work starts to change. For some people, especially at high-growth startups, this looks very practical. Everything wants your attention, and sessions protect time to get clear on what matters, do deep work, and move it forward. For others, AC feels like finally bringing meditation and inner work into the work itself, right when the reactive patterns show up. Either way, the training rep is the same: stay with what matters, work with what comes up, move the thing forward, and get better at doing that outside the session too. A few of the people we’ve worked with for a while put it better than I can!

What absolute nonsense. Don't most people want to work hard to do better by their own families? To have a better house, better holidays, better furniture? Isn't that a worthwhile thing? Wouldn't life be very much better if more people took responsibility for their families and for building their own future? And when they do that, and have a little bit left over to help people less fortunate than themselves—isn't that a good thing? And aren't we trying to get the Third World out of the poverty it's in by building up its industries and having some investment to go and help them with? John Wesley answered the question you just put: 'Do not impute to money the faults of human nature.' It's not the money, it's not the wealth you create; it's what you do with it. Many people use their money to do more for the arts, to see more, to enjoy more of the great artistic works. Look at the fantastic voluntary effort in this country. It's enormous. Greed? Isn't it absurd! Trade unions mostly argue for higher wages. They argue for bigger differentials. Some people are greedy. But people who want a better standard of living and better way of life for their children are not. They're highly moral. I have met with a lot of successful Nigerians making the most of their opportunities abroad. Japa has many good stories, do not let any tales of doom abroad fool you. Whilst some hate to hear or read about it, I have also met more than a few Nigerians who found more success because they returned to Nigeria or indeed moved to Nigeria for the first time. Japa stories are a dime and a dozen, the Japada stories deserve to be told too. This is why I am looking forward to Omowunmi Onalaja and her guests, some of whom you may already know, who are doing extraordinary work here in Nigeria. If for nothing, they can inspire those who need that little push to make the move of a return to Nigeria, after finding out Japa may not be for them.

Americans can’t survive with the cost of housing and nobody in Congress seems to care American says she’s works full time and doesn’t have a single dollar left over after paying rent and bills, she can’t even afford groceries. “What is the point?” “How are we supposed to survive anymore? Life update - I’ve had some nagging hip pain for a handful of months and after some time off and worsening symptoms, an MRI showed I had a disc problem that needed to be treated. I had a successful microdiscectomy performed yesterday at Hospital for Special Surgery in NY and have already been released from the hospital. I’m so grateful to the doctors and staff there for all their hard work and support. My next few weeks will be a lot of resting before the rehab process begins. I have a great team behind me who I fully trust to get me back to a better place than I was before! Before you ask, I’m not putting any tournament on the calendar or specific time for returning. While I will miss some events in the beginning of 2026, I want to be very smart and patient in letting my disc fully heal so it isn’t an issue again. I’m very lucky that the game of golf allows us to play at a high level for a long time, and that’s what I plan on doing - this procedure will allow me to do that injury free in the future. Can’t wait to see y’all back out there ❤️

Good morning from Brooklyn, NY. I’m back at the Brooklyn location where, not too long ago, I documented something that looked like it came straight out of a horror movie. Today, there’s a noticeable difference. The people with serious drug issues who were hanging around inside the kids’ playground, using drugs and causing chaos, are no longer there like they were before. The playground is actually being used by the kids again. Recently, Assemblymember Brook-Krasny worked with the city to get the homeless encampment removed. I also want to give credit to the city for sending agencies out to clean up and address the location. The encampment was less than half a block away, and every morning some people from that camp would walk down into the area and start using drugs. I spoke with some neighbors, and they told me things have dramatically slowed down since I documented what was happening and after the encampment was removed. But let’s be clear — the problem hasn’t completely gone away. Around the outskirts of the park, I still see people dealing with drug issues hanging around outside people’s homes, yelling, screaming and causing commotion but it's a lot less than it was . So while the playground itself is much better, there are still issues around the surrounding area that need to be addressed. There are also multiple schools nearby, so this matters to the entire neighborhood. Credit where credit is due: Alec Krasny worked with the city, and the city responded by removing the encampment and sending agencies out to clean up and address the area. It has made a noticeable difference. But the work isn’t over. There’s more coming that I can’t talk about yet. For now, check out the short documentary and investigation I put out below. I went MEGA viral on X in 24 hours After I made TikTok for video games Yes, I invented a new form of brainrot People are calling it Gamerot 💀 And now I have: → 2 serious investors in my DMs → 260+ comments of suggestions People say app looks pretty addicting.. and Better alternative for ur brain than just doomscrolling. The top suggestions i got were: → Add more games → Make the games more complex So I got to work on this.. Today my goal was to test just how complex we can make these games. Before we go and mass produce 100s of them. Which will be interesting to see Considering all games are made 100% with AI using the Rork Turns out. We can go very complex. With 1 single prompt Rork made a top down shooter game With power-ups and solid gameplay loop. I can easily expand on this idea and add upgrades, items and so on. But to add 100s of more games I’m gonna need some help ↓ Drop some banger game suggestions/ideas in the comments and I’ll add them in the next update. I’ll tag you if I choose your idea!

MIT filmed a calculus course in black and white decades ago and it still teaches better than most of what shipped this year. Almost nobody watches it. This is Calculus Revisited, Unit 1, Lecture 1, taught by Herb Gross. Analytic geometry from the ground up, chalk on a board, 1 camera locked in place. Jayne Anne Phillips just won the Pulitzer Prize for her novel called "Night Watch." She’s written six books and founded the Rutgers-Newark MFA Program and this episode is all about her approach to writing. Some lessons below: 1. It's strange what you don't forget. Those things are a key to who you are and what really matters to you. 2. “When I’m writing, nothing is going through my head.” 3. Your job as a writer is to listen to the work itself because it'll tell you what to write next. 4. Every novel teaches its reader how to read it. It’s a unique world with its own rules, rhythm, relationships, and way of perceiving reality. 5. Writing is fundamentally about perception, and it's the author's job to show the reader how they perceive the world. 6. What's unique about children is the way they formulate their own conclusions by looking for truths that are truer than the ones they've been given. 7. We are creatures of narrative. We think in terms of words and in terms of images. 8. Small towns are webs of secrets beneath the surface: There's always a world underneath the world, and children hearing adult conversations know this better than anyone. 9. Jayne tells a story: “Someone said to me once: 'When I read your work, I don't feel as though I'm reading about something. I feel as though I'm inside it.' That is exactly what I want the reader to feel." 10. Find your writing allies. Some will be living writers, others will be dead ones, but no matter what, it’s worth reading all their work. 11.
