Nothing wrong with being the only one bare on the beach—why hide when you’re owning it? 🌊🔥 Skinny or not, confident or not, if you’re comfortable in your skin (and that’s where we all should be), then go for it. The stares? Good. The whispers? Even…

Qullamaggie on The Key Is to Outperform “You’re only up 20%, well, it could be that you’ve been trading the wrong stocks or you’ve been in mediocre stocks. If you know you should have been trading the solars, the EV names, or the spec names over the past six months, you probably have been trading the wrong stocks. If you haven’t at least traded some solar or speck, or EV battery names. You’re up 550% this year. Yeah, that’s good, but 40% is still good as well, though it also depends if you’re using margin or not. If you’re up 20% in the past month and a half without using any margin, that’s still good. It’s not bad at all, it’s okay. The key is to outperform; that really is the key. If the market is up 10%, you should be up 30% or 50%. That’s really the point of why we are here. That’s why you focus on these higher ADR stocks because we know we don’t bother with the slow stocks. Let the mediocre traders trade the slow stocks, the low momentum stocks, and the sectors that are not hot. Let other people trade them. We want to be where the money is; that’s our job.”

Milton Friedman: “Keep your eye on one thing and one thing only: how much government is spending, because that’s the true tax.” “If you’re not paying for it in the form of explicit taxes, you’re paying for it indirectly in the form of inflation or borrowing.”

Life is short. Enjoy it and make the best of it! Naval “It’s even briefer than that. Each moment just disappears. It’s gone. There’s only a present moment, and it’s gone instantly. So if you’re not there for it, if you’re stressed out, or you’re anxious, or you’re thinking about something else, you missed it. So the true wasted time is a time that you are not present for, when you are not there for it, when you are not doing the thing you want to do to the best of your capabilities such that you’re immersed in it. If you’re not immersed in this moment, then you’re wasting your time.” Chris Williamson

⚠️ You’re not addicted you’re attached to the pain. Different girl, same outcome… that’s not luck, it’s your pattern replaying itself. Let it go, or keep living the same story on repeat.

Evidence says #DoYourPelvicFloorExercises x3/day for 3 months gets 3/4 of women with stress incontinence dry (that’s the one where you leak a bit if you laugh, cough or sneeze). If it doesn’t work, hurts, or you’re not sure what you’re doing then come to clinic. #DryByChristmas.

You’re not Shadow-banned… you’re just not being creative or mixing it up enough or people are bored of what you were doing… Or ….. you’re not being strategic with the type of content, you post and not mixing up videos and pictures and carousels and other formats .. let this video be a wake up. Call that it’s time to make a change and stop blaming the platforms or even worse the consumers on the other side.

“In any area where you’re not quite sure what the right questions are—whether you’re asking the right questions—what you’re doing is philosophy, whether you like it or not. […] It is really fascinating and even entertaining to watch really brilliant scientists start thinking about tough issues and reinventing all the mistakes of the history of philosophy. If you don’t know the history of what’s wrong with Hume and Kant and Aristotle and Plato and all the rest, then you’re going to fall into those mistakes. [You] don’t know for sure if [you]’re asking the right questions.” —Daniel Dennett on science and philosophy.

One wrong word and the whole conversation dies. That’s not self respect. That’s a handicap. The real advantage isn’t money or skin color. It’s the ability to still hear the truth.. even when it hurts. 🇺🇸 #explore #fyp

This is probably one of the greatest lessons for life. "If you’re having fun, then you’re dangerous, right? Then you’re hard to compete with. You don’t want to go up against the person who’s having a good time doing it because if it feels like a hassle or a chore, that’s the person who gives up when it gets difficult. But the person who’s having a great time at the start is much more likely to stick with it when it gets hard." (James Clear on The Knowledge Project)

If Todd Blanche had the goods on James Comey, it would’ve been in the Indictment. When you come for Trump’s enemy with nothing but seashells, you’re not a prosecutor; you’re a puppet—and a punch line. Hope Comey never used a 🔥 emoji, or Blanche’s charging him with arson next.
