Loops was first announced in 2021, but is now rolling out to 365 users, and is fully integrated with all Microsoft 365 apps.

Never in my wildest imaginations would I have thought MS would re-invent themselves and make high quality software again (like they did when they invented word and excel)

If only Microsoft’s product teams were as good their video production teams.

If initial load time is faster than notion (which is soooooo slow) and functionality is even half of what notion has — it’ll be disruptive. Bundling is how Teams got market share, Loops will be no different. Enterprise IT departments will rather allow list this MSFT tool than do a security review for another vendor.

I wonder when do they release the AI that makes their promo videos. This is definitely made not by humans. Just look at the effects on this video. Never seen product videos of this level with 3D motions.

definitely why apple tied up those iphone patents before release. microsoft was built to copy. top 2 contributors to their revenue are both copycats. sj said it best: “they just have no taste.”
