#NotreDame QB CJ Carr. 6’2, 215. Smooth, easy release. Good off-platform thrower. Consistent pocket footwork. Attacks all eras of the field vertically. Film is littered with Sunday throws. Not being talked about enough early on.

CJ Carr is normally all business, but he broke character when Rich asked him what he likes so much about Marcus Freeman. "He's a real person. He's the same guy on and off the field. He's consistent. You 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦 in him." CJ also recalls what Freeman said that meant the most to him: "When things are going great, I want all of you guys to feel the praise. When things are not going well, I want everyone to blame me." 🎥 Rich Eisen Show 🔗

#Steelers Draft Profile: Drew Allar, QB Penn State Pros: - Prototypical NFL size with a strong arm - Excellent sack avoidance and pocket movement - Low turnover-worthy play rate - Displays good touch and ability to layer throws when his base is solid Cons: - Inaccurate when throwing off base or on the move - Tends to drift in the pocket unnecessarily - Goes through reads a beat slower than ideal - Inconsistent mechanics and footwork

CJ Carr on last nights struggles against Wisconsin: “We knew this was gonna be a battle going into this game. Outside of this building (our building) there can be a narrative that it’s easy. That college football is easy and we should steam roll teams. The reality is that’s a really good Wisconsin team with some really good players” He went on to say: “Adjusting and staying consistent throughout the game was really helpful for us, and I think the whole team is excited about the outcome.” 🎥 Brendan Reidy WNDU

Tyler Shough is one of the most gifted QB's in this year's draft and he's not being talked about ENOUGH. Shough is reportedly generating "first round buzz" within some scouting circles, with one scout even comparing him to Matthew Stafford at 6'5", 225. "He's one of the biggest hidden gems in this class. It's hard not seeing him being a Top-5 QB by the time the draft rolls around." Shough is arguably the most experienced QB in this year's class being just a tad over 25 years old as of now. The Louisville QB is turning HEADS in NFL Draft rooms and the tape speaks for itself 🔥

Back in September, I tweeted out asking if Baylor QB Sawyer Robertson was the most slept on QB in this draft class and with a thinned out crop, he's probably going to be a Top 5 QB in this draft class for me when my big board drops. 6’4, 225 lbs., an arm that oozes talent displaying good touch on deep balls and with the ability to layer the ball over second level defenders. He can drive the ball real well with great velocity, make throws off platform and really, can threaten all three levels. I think he doesn’t get enough credit for his pocket presence and overall feel for it plus he’s mobile enough to create out of structure. Robertson does need to be more consistent with his accuracy and I think that starts with him needing to be coached up mechanically because you see the baseball background impact his lower and upper body mechanics at times on tape. But if you’re talking about taking a Day 3 flier on a QB who you can develop and isn’t expected to start immediately, Robertson fits the bill as one of a few intriguing options in this draft. #PhinsUp

With Arch Manning recovering from offseason surgery, true freshman Dia Bell has received more reps during spring practices... I asked him how this extra time has helped his development early on "It's been expedited for sure, being on the field and getting the reps is a little bit more different than watching...getting used to the speed of the game, getting used to the calls in the headset and all sorts of stuff like that. The jump from high school to college is not an easy thing so being a part of it and being able to get reps has only helped me" #HookEm | #Texas | Dia Bell 2026 QB

Sean McVay and Matt LaFleur built one of the most respected coaching relationships in the NFL. McVay broke down why at the QB Collective Invitational and it starts with being willing to argue. -Real trust isn't about agreeing. It's about being close enough to fight and move on -Every good staff needs someone who'll say what needs to be said, not what you want to hear

College Football legend Urban Meyer stated on a podcast interview with Notre Dame QB CJ Carr that he did not believe Brian Kelly had received enough credit for improving Notre Dame's facilities. Meyer went on to say that during his tenure in south bend, the facilities were infested, players were required to live in the dorms for all four years, and that coaches were paid half of what was considered the national average. "I don't think Brian Kelly gets enough credit, he changed that." 🎥: The Triple Option

2027 4-Star QB Colton Nussmeier (Colton Nussmeier) is primed for a big senior year. Listed at 6’4, 210 lbs. Colton is one of the best thrower in the entire 2027 class. He was recently announced as a finalist in the Elite11 after showcasing his abilities. He’s has great touch on his throws and doesn’t struggle with velocity at all. He has good mechanics in the pocket even while it’s breaking down. He shows to be a mobile quarterback as well. He goes through his progressions and doesn’t go away from the fundamentals. An all around quarterback. #TXHSFB Denton Ryan FB Recruiting Coach Tolly 2️⃣0️⃣🇺🇸 MP Media

My general take on the Cam Ward OTA discourse: Anyone hitting the eject button based off of throws in June is disingenuous at best. I’m not saying it’s irrelevant. His accuracy has been a consistent issue on tape, and it’s something that should be under a microscope going into Year-Two. BUT, when you have a QB with Ward’s level of arm talent, the processing ability that he showed as a rookie, and he was making throws like *this* the last time we saw him? I’m still feeling alright

This wasn’t talked about enough for me so I’m gonna put it on the timeline and give Willow her flowers 💐 If you’ve ever studied any kind of jazz, you know how hard trying to transcribe Ella scatting would be but then effortlessly HARMONIZING to it? This is not easy. AT ALL Willow did that.

Jonah Hill’s upcoming comedy Cut Off with Kristin Wiig is currently in limbo and without a release date. Hill directed, produced, and co-wrote the film, in addition to starring alongside Wiig. But the film is repeatedly viewed as “unreleasable.” I’m not sure what’s going on with Hill (his last film Outcome was a disaster) but I want him to return to form. There was a time not long ago where I really loved Hill’s work. I hope he can recapture some of his early success.

Rui Hachimura on the energy in today's practice, with the Lakers aware of the challenge they have being down 0-3 to the Thunder: "It's tough. They are championship [team] for a reason. We focus on a lot on Shai but I think we talk about more...we should have talked about more other guys. They're killing us. Especially when Shai is off the court, we're really losing those minutes. We talked about that today, how we're gonna guard them as a team. We feel good about it tomorrow."
