Hi, it's Puuung. Six days ago, I launched a Kickstarter campaign to create my first 20-minute hand-drawn animated film, Witch BIBI. Through this animation, I want to start showing you more — different characters who live in the Puuung World, their stories, and the emotions that connect them. Witch BIBI is the first step in that direction. Many of you leave kind comments. You say you support me. You say you hope it succeeds. And I'm genuinely grateful for that. Today, I want to speak honestly about where things stand. Thankfully, my work has reached so many people through social media. My animations can receive hundreds of thousands — sometimes millions — of views. It feels like a miracle to me, and I'm always grateful. But when it comes to something truly important — like this crowdfunding campaign — the reach drops dramatically. Most of my followers still don't know this project exists. I believed that if even just 0.1% of my followers offered even the smallest amount of support, this project could go into production. But I've realized how naive that assumption was. This should frighten everyone, but it really should make you WAKE UP. I’ve heard this same sort of playing with the first of amendment over the last couple months… The word democracy is in Greek roots meaning “rule by the people” so a government for the people by the people. These people r telling us in plain sight… They want to control the narrative and if it dosent fit into theirs…That pesky thing..the first amendment is a “privilege” Freedom of speech is the cornerstone of a democracy. my new song “BREAKDOWN.” is out on the 21st of June!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I wrote this poem because it’s been the hardest year for my mental health. In my life I’ve always never felt good enough, it’s just the thing that’s eaten me up. For as long as I can remember i have felt constantly afraid of how quickly my head can turn dark. It’s always been so hard to fight the darkness that i inevitably have. A lot of people will say it’s a phase and it will go away. But it doesn’t and the reality of the situation is I have to find strategies to deal with it. To put it plainly the things I don’t like about myself will probably never change, people tell me one day I’ll come-to terms with them one day but I want that day to be FUCKING NOW. This song is a message to myself to try and exist alongside my insecurities and my darkness by grounding myself and remembering what is real in life and the world is so much bigger than me. Try and get out of your head and notice the world around you, notice the things and people around you. Connect with them, the chances are they probably feel the same. Don’t let the bullshit inside your head consume you. It just wastes precious time. Remember what is real. Help people, be kind, help the world, help yourself. If you think you can’t do it, you can. You can get through this, trust me. Use this poem in a mornin to get u out of bed, use it when youre about to back out of something last minute, use it when you’re at your darkest. A young boy's rant about living in USA. Also a message for Indians who are obsessed to go to USA in search of alleged "Better life" There's no point in living in the U.S. anymore. Think about it, bruh, the obsession with productivity, the obsession with money, the obsession with status, the obsession with being better than the next person instead of better together. The obsession with competing with other people instead of just comparing who you truly were to who you were a year ago. Everything is monetized, everything is politicized, everything is divided. Even empathy feels conditional. And what really gets me is the way this country treats immigrants. Or better yet, the way it lies about why it treats immigrants the way it does. They act like people are breaking into some sacred paradise, like people are desperate to get into something holy. For what? For debt? For rent that eats half your paycheck? For healthcare that bankrupts you? For a system that does not protect you unless you're useful to it? Bro, people don't come here because America is amazing. They come here because America marketed itself better than it treated people. Remember, America is not a country, it's a business. And now the mask is slipping. What this country actually values is not freedom, it's control. Not life, labor. Not community, consumption. You're free as long as you don't disrupt anything. You're welcome as long as you're profitable. You're human as long as you're quiet. We only respect you if you're valuable and you're easy to conform and control. And if you don't fit the mold, if you question it, if you refuse to worship the system, you're told to be grateful, you're told to shut up, you're told it could be worse, you're told you're crazy. That's the bar. It could be worse. It could be worse? What? I don't hate America. I'm just disappointed in it, bro, because it could have been so much more. It should be so much more. And I've been able to be in this in a role where I'd be able to kind of control things, and everybody's kind of playing off me. I've been in those roles seldom over the years, but this year, for an extended amount of time, I've been able to be in that position. And it's honestly, I feel like I still have a lot of room to grow. I feel like even now over the last couple of games, I've adjusted my game, and I'm still continuing to get better in my playmaking ability, seeing the floor, taking my time, all of that stuff is still continuing to improve, but it's honestly — it's my first opportunity in my career where I've been able to do this for an extended period of time. And obviously, regardless, people are going to have their critiques and their criticism, but it's just it's a completely different flow when people play off you or when you play off others. I know a lot of you have been enjoying the food content, but I want to be straight with you about something. After my competition, I didn’t just “treat myself.” I went into a full post show binge spiral which is pretty common after a first show, but still brutal to go through. It wasn’t just this one fun meal. It turned into days of overeating, chasing dopamine from food, and completely losing control. Over the next few posts, you’ll see exactly what I ate after this… what I tried to do to stop the spiral… and where I ended up because of it. I want to show you the REALITY of competing.. Both mentally and physically.. And how fast your body can change in such a short amount of time. This was my first season of shows, and I had to learn this lesson the hard way. The reason that you don't have certain excellence that you want is because you are afraid of getting criticized. You are afraid of the judgment that comes with it. You are afraid of standing out. You are afraid of being alone. You are afraid of people looking at you. You are worried about what people think of you. There are 2 categories of things in this world: 1) Things that are up to you 2) Things that are not up to you Which category does your reputation sit in? Your reputation is not up to you. I'm the one who associates your reputation with something, not you. You just do things. What's up to you? How you act. Your decisions. Your actions. That is up to you. Your reputation is not up to you. Here's how I know that: You all have a reputation about me and it's not in my control. I get to say and do whatever I say and do up here. I am in control of saying it. I am in control of doing it. The moment words leave my lips, who has control over what is done with those words? You! You are in control of what you think of me. And there's no way everybody in this room is going to think the exact same thing about me. No way. When it comes to exceptional, what we've got to understand is you can spend your whole life trying to avoid criticism and earn reputation, and it still won't be in your control. We can waste a lot of time missing out on excellence we could have been producing if we were just simply LESS trying to engineer what we wanted other people to think about us."

Ironmouse has been a big inspiration since the beginning of my VTubing career. I don't usually comment on this stuff, but seeing such a good person go through such awful things is wrong. She deserves justice. In tribute to her, i've done an Ave Maria cover, her cover inspired me to show more of this side of my voice too: I heard her sing Opera in the start of her career; it surprised me-- Not only how amazing at singing she is but that someone similar to myself also comes from a classical background. Most importantly, Ironmouse has shown me to *NEVER* give up in anything you do. This girl has been at it for so long through so many difficulties and has made it. There have been so many days I've wanted to give up but seeing how strong she is and how she got to where she is now has made me want to do better and keep going. We've had distant musical/stream collabs from mutuals when we both started VTubing. I'm not sure if you remember me but if you see this, I want to thank you for always being so kind to me :'3 You deserve the world and I know things will get better for you, you are so loved.
