You miss most of it. Open your eyes and deliberately look for red and suddenly it’s everywhere. Beliefs work the same way. Once you decide you’re broken, or someone else is a jerk, the evidence starts piling up, even when you have to stretch it. The reverse is also true. For those of you tired of yet another AI-based IDE: Check out Traycer. It's a Visual Studio Code extension (free forever for anyone working on open-source repositories), and it does something different from everyone else. You write a high-level prompt outlining the changes you want to make to your codebase, and the extension generates a plan for you before you touch the code. (It reminds me of GitHub Copilot Workspaces.) You can review the plan, understand exactly the changes the extension will make to your code, and make any modifications. When you are ready, you execute the plan, and Traycer stages all of the changes so you have a new opportunity to review everything. Only then does Traycer apply the changes. This is ideal for large codebases where you'd rather study the changes the AI plans to make before they make it into your code. Look at the video I recorded to see how it works. Wolverine’s level design is a complete shift from what we’re usually used to with Insomniac’s games. It’s obviously not an open world game like Spider man or Sunset Overdrive, and it doesn’t seem to have those larger open levels like in Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart or Santa Monica’s God of War. Levels are rather linear and you either just have to go from point A to point B, or you are put in a small to medium sized level where you have to complete a certain objective. There’s still enough space here for the devs to hide collectibles throughout the level, but don’t expect any crazy amount of openness. What I will say is that this level of linearity and focus has allowed Insomniac to put TONS of attention to detail, so try to be on the lookout for optional dialogues, easter eggs, and crazy graphical fidelity.

We just open-sourced the entire Pocket TTS training stack: data pipeline, recipes, and evals. It learns pretty damn fast: ~15k steps: babbling starts turning into words ~50k steps: it reads anything you type (WER under 1%) ~200k steps: the voice stops sounding synthetic On a beefy consumer GPU, that's a week of training. On eight H100s: 10-20 hours. A TTS training run will cost you less than $200 if you rent your hardware, and an order of magnitude less if you just pay for power. Some things we'd love to see people try: - Train it in your own language (a few hundred hours of speech gets you surprisingly far). - Add new features to Pocket TTS (Emotion tags?
