Now Watching John Carpenter's Vampires

The book was so much better. They turned an amazing story into a pale shadow of itself. The book was infinitely darker.

You can’t go wrong with a John Carpenter movie

Thomas Ian Griffith was awesome as Valek.

One of the best vampire movies ever made . The ad-lib from James Woods is hilarious.

@RealJamesWoods MY All time FAVE Woods film

Love this movie! My wife won’t watch it again with me all because of that scene where Valek is on the ceiling when the girl walk into the hotel room. Freaked her out. 😆

Highly underrated

Always an excellent choice @RealJamesWoods 🔥🔥🔥

Cast: James Woods, a Baldwin boy, and a bunch of vampire hookers. Ok ok....fine, I'll watch it too.😅

One of my all time favorites.

Now this is an example of a movie aging old. I didn't like it at all at release, then it grew on me. And that first vampire nest clean up scene is brilliant and always exciting.

It is a perfect opening scene

Dare I say, the best opening scene in any Carpenter film? 🤔

I just rewatched this. This is a great vampire flick 😍

Underrated classic

🤙🏾🤙🏾

My favorite vampire flick.

Did you get a little mahogany at any point?

A few shops in the UK started selling US confectionary I tried some & they are just so bland in taste A HUGE amount of sugar, up to 4 times what Europe uses, but there is almost no taste to most of them The sour candy/sweets can be nice, but almost everything else is "meh"

The 1st Act & the last Act Campy Fun !

Great Movie!

You get a little wood back there, padre?

This movie could have been great but the spent too much time with that annoying bitch in the middle of the movie.

I’ve never seen this… Please don’t beat me up

One of my favorites

A classic. 🤩🤩🤩

❤️

Great film...I have the VHS tape 📼

Underrated movie imo.
