The other day on Brother Counsel's debate with Dave Aronberg we saw how dangerous it can be when clowns attain state sanctioned power. He didn't know any of the facts, didn't care about any of the expert testimony, and baselessly said that Karen Read was acquitted due to jury nullification. But what I thought was most ridiculous was when he said there was no probable cause to search Brian Albert's house, despite the fact that John O'Keefe was invited there and was found dead on Albert's lawn. I know how ridiculous that is because Brian Tully got a judge to sign a search warrant for my house, and the probable cause was that I did a YouTube show in my house, and supposedly there would be more witness intimidation inside the house, as if it's a bloody knife or DNA. If there was just a dead cop on my lawn they'd leave me alone. The police searched every inch of my house and took over 300 pictures. I want to show you all the witness intimidation they found:

Alan Jackson just asked his own witness in the John O'Keefe and Karen Read re-trial if the witness was worried Alan would "tear her a new a******" if the witness wouldn't lie for Read's defense on the stand. "I don't remember you saying THAT!" the witness said, "but you are trying to tear me a new one, which is what I said." Earlier, on direct, Jackson's witness told jurors AJ threatened her with criminal charges if she would not lie for the defense on the stand. I cannot believe this is happening. This is why you never call a witness to the stand on direct when you don't know the answer to their questions ahead of time. Hard to put into words what today has meant to me -- and we're still hours away from the Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire premiere. The last time I was at the Firehouse in uniform was 15 years ago, and it was just me. Today, there were dozens; it was like a Comic-Con just for us. But before any of that -- to get picked up by the Ecto-1 and to drive through the streets of New York? Are you kidding me?! Thank you, for the hospitality -- if you're reading this and care about Ghostbusters, BOOK THEM for the Ecto-1 tour! Nick, Matt, and Greg were incredible. Thank you, @gankstrr for freezing with me for hours outside of a fire station and taking care of me. And thank you, Brinkley Studios for being a Kinda Funny fan and making sure I saw you at a place that's so special to both of us. The day is just getting started, but I'm already overloaded with gratitude, wonder, and emotion. ❤️ Here's a thread of memories!

🚨 Brie Bella has spoken out on her injury and revealed that she broke her scapula. "I wanted to thank you all for sending me all the love and warm wishes. When I was sitting in the hospital, I was reading everything you guys were sending my way, love you all!!! Unfortunately I’ll be out for a bit. I broke my scapula. If there’s one thing I know about my sister and I is that we don’t let broken bones stop us. Not sure how I finished that match, but I do believe between the adrenaline, passion for the business and the love for all the women I work with, it gave me the drive to finish. Now my new journey starts!! Buddy said he’s going to be my assistant, Birdie‘s going to be my nurse and they both told me that daddy is going to be my personal chef, so I am set!! if there is one thing I know about Brie Mode, she always finds a way to come back to her wrestling home. Grandad nearly died. This is a joke from Work in Progress show Otley Courthouse last December. I did about 30 of these to write my new tour show. Many hundreds of jokes were goof but didn’t make the cut for the tour, like this. I’ve done lots of variants on this gag and never really got it where I want it. If you think I was too harsh or thinks you have a better take on it let me know.

if you want to land agency clients without a single call and make them feel stupid for saying no... do this: > go to facebook ad library. search a brand. filter by active ads. > find their longest running creative. that's the one working for now. > grab their product link. paste it into Marketing Studio on higgsfield. > seedance 2.0 generates 9 video ad formats. upload a face. locked across every scene. you now have a ugc ad, a product review, an unboxing, and a TV spot of their product. made in 30 minutes. $0.347 per video. send it over through email or socials. "here's a video ad for your product. test it against your current top performer. if it wins, i'll make you 50 more." the brand is currently paying an agency $5-10K/month or boosting static images and hoping for the best. you just showed up with finished work that looks like a production team made it. there's no pitch to reject. there's a video to test. that's a very different conversation.

✨ 3d models are now LIVE on Photo AI 😊 You can now turn any AI photo you make into a 3d model by pressing [ 📦 Make 3d model ] And then you can view it inside Photo AI or download it as a .GLB 3d model file It's still very early in AI generated 3d model world but it's nice to have this feature working already As always, the models will keep improving, so this feature will keep getting better (like it did with video, it sucked before, now it's getting passable) Next would be nice to switch to .USDZ so you can load it straight into your iPhone with ARKit and put it in your room Available now for everyone on the Premium and Ultra plan

A viewer just told me he bought a pre-owned Lucid Air Grand Touring for under $95k. I thought I got a good deal a while back when I bought mine with 890 miles for $105k.
