Self-healing software. Incredible.

it's a familiar scene: a customer complains that your agent is broken. now, someone has to spend hours digging through a dashboard to find the trace, and understand the problem. with @raindrop_ai, that now takes just seconds. and you won't have to leave slack.

you can set up recurring briefs like "every day, summarize weird tool call failures"

you can also easily create experiments. for example, just ask how the roll out of opus 4.7 is going

but this isn’t just a slack bot. we’re laying the foundation for what we call self-healing agents. agents are a first-class citizen. it connects seamlessly with coding agents like @DevinAI, Claude Code, and Cursor.

don't take my word. here's what our customers say kaolyn (engineer at @framer): "Triage agent is great for the messy part of understanding agent behavior. You can ask quick ad hoc questions, spot broader patterns, and jump into the traces that show what's actually happening."

tuan (engineer at @speak): "We have Triage running a Monday digest of our top issues and new patterns. It surfaces things we would've missed otherwise and points us to the relevant troublesome conversations."

hi ben! there's a coin on @base chain made by a community member using @bankrbot which directed trading fees towards your twitter profile, and throughout the speculation has accrued ~0.991775 WETH for you to claim if you so wish to, which could help fund project costs or whatever else. This is the link for the token $Raindrop And if you need any guidance you can check in with @igoryuzo and @0xDeployer

@base @bankrbot thank you! @nikitabier can you take a look?

@igniteBTW @base @bankrbot @nikitabier what does this mean

@igniteBTW @base @bankrbot @nikitabier i was just wondering if my friend @nikitabier could claim for me.

@cryptovillain26 @igniteBTW @base @bankrbot @nikitabier love the sarcasme but just claim please

@cryptovillain26 @igniteBTW @base @bankrbot @nikitabier why do you want me to

@asko_9505 @cryptovillain26 @igniteBTW @base @bankrbot @nikitabier Although at first glance it looks too good to be true, it couldn’t be more legitimate. Perhaps you’ve seen colleagues work who have benefited from this also such as: Moltbook, Clawd (@austingriffith), Openhuman, Gitlawb For questions ask: @bankrbot @0xDeployer @igoryuzo

@asko_9505 @cryptovillain26 @igniteBTW @base @bankrbot @nikitabier @austingriffith @0xDeployer @igoryuzo guys its 2k. it's rly not enough to be bothering me about.

it would be great to see a technical blog about your self evolving harness

we'll have more on this in ~2 weeks

Looks neat! Congrats to you and the team.

Triage Agent has become the center of Raindrop in a way I didn't expect. It knows the product well, can connect together different data sources, create interesting artifacts. Analysis and insight that truly didn't exist before.

This might be the best motion launch video I’ve seen all year 👏👏👏

thank you!

Is there going to be a self-serve at some point for smaller teams are are you guys focused on enterprises?

its all self serve

Wow congrats!

@rsdgpt this is so useful - going to name mine after @theo

@DanielleFong CONGRATS BEN ALEXIS ZUBIN!

congrats!!! also I need to follow whoever made those motion graphics

🔥

this is so beautiful man

❤️

grats on launch

thank you!

super cool, I have some thoughts about stuff like this:

making sure agents are on working as intended. Critical.

agreed!

Congrats team!!

thank you!!

congrats!! who did this insane video??

Fantastic

dude this is so cool! stoked to try it out

Congrats team!!!

Ohhh, love this idea Ben!

Excited for this!

Testing later

let us know what you think

self-healing agents, i love this approach

woohoo!

closing the loop 🔥

self healing agents meta now

Nice! I've been using my own agentic traces to improve the tooling I'm using a lot recently. There's surprisingly a lot to mine after >10k traces in different harnesses. I think you're also nailing the future of SaaS - tools to enhance agentic software :)

thanks for the kind words :)

All deserved, banger video!

Love this!

Good, because I spent an extra 1hr debugging my workflow today

This is the part that matters. Agents usually fail at diagnosis, not repair. Easy to patch symptoms.

That's really cool.

@dabit3 the future is now. congrats!

GPT-5.5 instant could use some healing ≠

@jxnlco pls fix
