Is it because he knows that the cost to implement nuclear power is far more expensive than other available options? Will it's interesting how your argument is only around getting the law changed but not around any cost benefits. The LNP have put out there costings which have been discredited but you could use that as a talking point to show possible savings this way people get a chance to debate the costs. Also there is no interest in the market this would be paid for by the tax payer not the free market

A lot of qlders think we should stick to coal & ditch net zero madness altogether. Nuclear is generally considered more preferable than wind & solar but none are considered necessary or preferable to coal & gas. Crisafulli has also invested in upgrading existing coal stations & better maintenance of them.

@DavidCrisafulli Beggars belief that @ShackelWill continues to promote giving away our sovereignty to Russia. Most LNP blissfully unaware that uranium ore ≠ nuclear fuel No where in any LNP nuk spruiking do they make a $$$ billion adjustment to build a state of the art enrichment program.

In 2007, he said on a uranium mining motion “the light on the hill is not the glow of radiation from a nuclear waste dump”. Hopefully our Prime Minister wakes up to the fact Australia is one of the only advanced economies not investing in nuclear soon…

The government has run out of excuses for keeping nuclear power illegal. During this interview with Anthony Albanese the hosts press him on why nuclear power is banned… Albo: “no one is saying that - hey, we want to invest in this [nuclear]. If the Nazi Symbol is banned then why isn’t the Communist Symbol banned? Why is a Party simply advocating for White people banned but the Communist Party is not? We all know why! Why do we allow these double standards? Also it wasn’t 6 million. No one believes that. All of the historical evidence has debunked this highly inflated number. It makes it pretty obvious who currently has control of the West, you just have to look at the policies in place.
