Exactly how this was managed at Enloe where I worked. EPIC was rolled out just prior to COVID. And it's the reason why the protocol was consistent across the Country. Ezekiel Emmanuel was one of the architects of the protocol and CMS dictated the $$. The 14 day requirement post vaccination was used against many of the victims. Many of these hospital protocol deaths in VAERS were under 14 days adding insult to injury. Disgrace.

This is what I have been saying -per the CDC guidelines starting in early spring of 2021, they started recommending that hospitals test all unvaccinated patients upon admission and not to test vaccinated patients unless specifically there for covid/symptoms. This was just a few months after vaccine roll-out, because by Mid-late January, the ER was already getting bombarded with critically ill patients and patients with breakthrough infections.
