The overlay doesn't actually hurt your fps, even using shadow play is only like a 4-5fps loss on average as benchmarked by hardwareunboxed

Using 100 or unlimited it’s tooo much, you’re basically giving it free storage to store trash temporarily files and for the low latency yes feels fast but increases input delay

I am so sick of NVIDIA drivers; I've had to do two clean installs with DDU. This is because whatever bullshit the drivers they served up over time rendered my computer unusable with constant system crashes.

Or simply don't install Nvidia app and use the legacy control panel.
