If he’s by chance arrested, he’ll be quickly processed and released in a few hours, only to do it again. They can try to offer mental health services, but can’t force it if he doesn’t want it. Call me a dick, but if a mental case/mentally disabled person crosses that line & harms people, they need to be stopped. If people want to sacrifice themselves or their children, that's their call but others aren't obligated to do so. Remember the Sandy Hook killer was autistic.
