I had a guy do something similar to me in San Antonio on my way to work. I was in a pickup truck, alone, on the freeway when I noticed a Camero next to me staying even with me. Luckily there was an exit coming and already in the far right lane, I got off without indicators, but what do you do? I did not have his license plate, but that happened 20 years ago and I still see that fucker's face and would recognize him again, even after all this time.
