Not yet. In the 80s I took an elevated train daily through the wasteland of the Bronx to get to high school. 50% of the big buildings on some stretches were burnt out, and the city has just put up sheet metal window coverings painted to look like there were curtains 🤣

What is your opinion re: the legend that landlords were primarily responsible for those fires? I have always been skeptical.
