Obamacare was designed to fail so that they could install socialized medicine. Make the cost so high that people can’t afford it. Dems thought they would still be in power when subsidies ran out to install an alternative plan. A step to Socialism is control the people’s health.

Rubio on Cuba: The fundamental problem Cuba has is that it has no economy, and the people who are in charge of that country and in control of it don’t know how to improve the everyday lives of their people without giving up power over the sectors they control. They want to control everything. They don’t want the people of Cuba to control anything. So they don’t know how to get themselves out of this. And to the extent that they’ve been offered opportunities to do so, they don’t seem to be able to comprehend or accept them in any way. They would much rather be in charge of a dying country than allow it to prosper.

Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber (MIT) admits it was intentionally mislabeled the “Affordable Care Act” because it wouldn’t have passed had they admitted it was a tax on the people holding the health insurance plans. It also would not have passed had they been transparent that healthy people would be taxed to give money to sick people, and then he goes on to say that lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. He openly claimed he relied on what he called “the stupidity of the average American voter” to obscure certain provisions, while he earned over $6 million dollars in consulting fees. Obamacare did not fail. It did exactly what it was designed to do. It is a crime against humanity and it must be repealed.

Democrats are hurting people everyday. On purpose. With no remorse. They claim it’s for some noble cause. Bullshit. What they really want is to reopen the Medicaid loopholes that allow illegal immigrants to access Medicaid, and they want to spend almost $400B to prop up Obamacare subsidies that go straight to insurance companies and NOT you, the patient. And to justify it? They lie. They tell you your premiums will double if they don’t get their way. That is total bullshit. The truth is that the CBO has already scored this. The expiration of those subsidies accounts for just 8% of any premium increase. Is that worth debating? Yes, of course it is. The entire system is flawed because Democrats designed it to be flawed when they created Obamacare. We could start by talking about how subsidies should go to your personal Health Savings Account instead of insurance companies. But let’s be clear: there’s no negotiating while the government is shut down. Period. You don’t get to hold federal workers, military families, and vital services hostage just to push partisan policy demands.

The reason so many people struggle with the cost of health insurance isn't because the temporary, Biden-Obamacare covid bonuses are expiring, as the Democrats want you to believe. It's because Obamacare itself is not providing affordable healthcare. In fact, the "Affordable" Care Act continues to be extremely unaffordable for American families, so much so that every time the Democrats take power, they spend billions of dollars propping it back up. If the Democrats want to discuss how to address Obamacare's failures, we're happy to have that debate--after they reopen the government. But funding for our troops, federal law enforcement, and food for poor children shouldn't be held hostage by Democrats until they get what they want.
