Absolutely conclusive that Jonathan Ross killed Renee Good. NYT breakdown of what happened. He starts out by filming her with a cell phone in his hand. What kind of law enforcement does this? Doesn’t he need his hands for other purposes? If his job is dangerous, wouldn’t he need two hands? Most likely saw that he was dealing with a lone white woman and felt no threat. Other cars had gone around Renee Good. There was no obstruction of traffic. Ross and his fellow agents seemed like they were taking the opportunity to harass a citizen whose behavior they disapproved of. Ross then gets in front of the car. Again, you’re not supposed to do that. Nobody has provided any explanation of how this could be justified. All law enforcement who have spoken about this are in agreement. He likely did not get hit by the car, and if he did it was just barely, and his legs and body were away from the car after he could see she was turning away. It appears that maybe his arm got hit if anything, and that was because he was holding out his cell phone, which again no real cop would do. And here’s the absolute nail in the coffin: he fires two more shots while he’s clearly off to the side! By this point, the other agent was getting away from the car. Ross just keeps shooting two more times. None of this even stops the car, but it does kill Renee Good. Ross first reaction after doing this is to curse the woman he just killed. Murder. There’s no longer any way to argue anything else.

That is when he pulls his gun. He does not draw his weapon because she is threatening him with the vehicle, he can see she is turning AWAY from him. He draws it to stop her from leaving. As the car turns away, the agent leans over the hood and fires the first shot. By the second shot, he is already further to the side of the vehicle. By the third shot, the car is driving away. Every single shot was fired after it was clear the vehicle was moving AWAY from him. Those shots were not fired to protect his life. They were fired to stop her from leaving. That is not self-defense. That is lethal force used to prevent escape. That is murder.

A) Kyle was NOT resisting law enforcement B) If law enforcement approached Kyle Rittenhouse & took him to the ground, he would NOT reach for his side arm & expect to live. FACTS: -Petti resisted law enforcement. -While being combative on the ground, officers were alerted he had a "GUN...." -Petti continued to be combative, and reached for his right side. Officer who drew his weapon immediately upon being alerted to the "GUN!...", fired his weapon when Petti reached for his right side. -Thankfully, when Petti reached for his side-arm, his holster was emptied. Seconds before he reached, another officer thankfully disarmed Petti. Here in Cincinnati, when you're resisting law enforcement and a police officer knows you have a gun...as soon as you reach for your right side, you can expect to be shot dead. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey rejected federal officials’ claims Wednesday that a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent acted in self-defense when he shot and killed a motorist. Frey said he saw video of the shooting and called ICE’s explanation “bulls**t.” Videos taken by bystanders that were posted to social media show an officer coming toward an SUV that was stopped across the middle of a snowy and icy road. As the officer attempted to open the driver’s side door, the car sped away in the general direction of a different officer who was standing in front of the SUV with his gun drawn. That officer, who was knocked backward but not hit, opened fire on the SUV. The car sped toward the curb, crashing into parked vehicles. “This was an agent recklessly using power that resulted in somebody dying, getting killed,” he said at a news conference. Tricia McLaughlin, the Department of Homeland Security’s assistant secretary for public affairs, said in a statement that a motorist “weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them” during ICE operations in Minneapolis. “An ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots,” McLaughlin said. “He used his training and saved his own life and that of his fellow officers.” Fray said local officials have “dreaded this moment” since ICE began deploying officers to the city as part of the Trump administration’s immigration crackdowns in American cities. The mayor also said that while there was not much he could say to alleviate the situation, he had a message for ICE. “Get the f*** out of Minneapolis,” he said.
