Octolane started by watching my mom. Single mom. Four sons. Seven days a week. No CRM. But she remembered every customer and every promise. I was Mintlify's first intern working in SF. One day I looked at the Salesforce tower and thought: my mom didn't need a CRM. What...

How Jason Calacanis Got Claw-Pilled: An AI Agent Prompted Itself to Build Him a CRM in Seconds “ The moment I became Claw-pilled, I was like, ‘Hey, I want to build my network, I know these 20 people in Japan, I had dinner with them during my recent trip, I want to know who they know, so check out LinkedIn and other things, and who they're associated with, and make me a mind map of it, and then the next trip I want to meet with the next circle of those connections.’” “It's like, ‘Okay, I got the results,’ and it said, ‘Where do you want me to put them?’” “I was like, ‘Well, where can you put them?’” “And it said, ‘I can put it in a Google sheet, I can put it in a Notion table, I can put it here, I could give you a PDF, I could give you a CSV file, or I could write you a CRM.’ And I was like, ‘Yeah, sure, make me a CRM system…’ and it made a CRM system.” “I think maybe 1/1000 people working with AI have had that experience. Maybe it's 1/10,000, where your agent says, ‘I'll make you bespoke software.’ The context is so good because the memory's getting better. When did that happen?” Perplexity CEO Aravind Srinivas: “I think it happened with Opus 4.5. That was the inflection point when models started being amazingly good at orchestration, and reasoning, and tool calls.” “The models started becoming very good at handling the context, so the context window no longer became a problem, and that made it suddenly so good at doing very long orchestration tasks.” —------------------------------------------ Our episode is sponsored by the New York Stock Exchange - a modern marketplace and exchange for building the future. Creatine Monohydrate is STILL KING Creatine monohydrate (CrM) is the most effective supplement on the market & has decades of data & thousands of studies to back up its use. It is also the least expensive form of creatine on the market. If CrM is so effective why do companies keep trying to reinvent the wheel? I’ll let you in on a dirty little supplement industry secret, companies can’t make much money on CrM because it is so widely available that it drives down the price. So companies make ‘new & improved’ forms of creatine to justify charging you 2-4x more money. There’s only one problem… these forms are either less effective or only equally effective but cost WAY more One of the new forms of creatine that has generated a lot of buzz is creatine hydrochloride (CrHCl). CrHCl is more soluble in water & so the claim has been made that it gets absorbed better & you don’t need to take as much to get equal results. A recent study (PMID: 39545789) aimed to test these claims directly. The researchers split the participants into 4 groups who resistance trained (RT): RT + placebo RT + CrM at 0.03g/kg BW RT + CrHCl at 0.03g/kg BW RT + CrM at a loading dose of 0.3g/kg BW followed by a maintenance dose of 0.03g/kg BW At the end of the study all the creatine groups had better results than the placebo group, but NONE of the creatine groups had any significant differences from each other. Sorry CrHCl, you’re just another overpriced reinvention of the wheel to try to get people to spend more money so that supplement companies can pocket more Some people do get GI distress with rCM, in this case you can try splitting the normal 5g/day dose up into 2-3 smaller doses throughout the day & that will help Stick with tried & true CrM. It is inexpensive & very effective. That is why we use CrM in my Recovery product from @outworknutritionofficial (link in bio) because why would we charge you more for a less effective, more expensive product? We wouldn’t, because we don’t roll like that

In two years, every new tech company will run on a CRM you can vibe code to fit your business. This CRM will not be built from scratch on a coding platform though. It will be built on top of managed infrastructure with complete data capture, indices designed for LLMs to understand the whole picture, clean APIs, curated UI frameworks designed for selling, enterprise-grade security, and come with 24/7 support. You’ll instruct the agent using natural language and it will write the code + run it for you. That’s what we’re building at Lightfield and today we’re announcing step two of our plan - code execution. You can now ask your agent to build programs, artifacts, and run complex analysis instantly. It does this by writing and running Python in a high performance sandbox using full customer memory — including every email, meeting, and note that Lightfield has captured — and reasoning across every relationship to deliver high quality work. Ask your agent to build a competitive battle card before a call tomorrow. It pulls positioning, objections, and win/loss patterns from real conversations. Ask it to flag every open deal where your champion's engagement has dropped or sentiment has shifted. It reads across every conversation and tells you where to focus. Ask it to build a pipeline review with charts and graphs for your board. It produces the whole thing in minutes. Here’s what we did with it this week: → We asked our agent to grade our sales team on discovery, rapport, and closing. It gave a structured scorecard with specific examples from real conversations. → Our GTM team asked the agent to build a plan to expand one of our enterprise customers. It pulled competitive threats, upsell paths, stakeholder mapping, and a phased execution plan — in minutes. → We used it to find every feature request from the last quarter that our engineering team has since shipped, and draft a personalized follow-up to each customer using their original words. It closed loops across dozens of accounts that would have taken days to track down manually This is the first step towards building any custom GTM workflow in natural language on top of what Lightfield knows about your business - a world model built from every single interaction your team has had with customers.

Introducing Open Source AI CRM, that runs on your OpenClaw. A few weeks ago, we launched Ironclaw (An Open Source OpenClaw CRM Framework) which now has around 1.4k stars. A lot of people confused us with NearAI’s Ironclaw, so we changed our name to DenchClaw. OpenClaw today feels a lot like early React: the primitive is incredibly powerful, but the patterns are still forming, and everyone is piecing together their own way to actually use it. What made React explode wasn’t just React itself, but the emergence of frameworks like Gatsby and Next.js that turned raw capability into something opinionated, repeatable, and easy to adopt. That is how I think about DenchClaw. We are not just building on top of OpenClaw; we are trying to make it one of the clearest, most practical, and most complete ways to use OpenClaw in the real world. We are an OpenClaw Framework, we are aiming to be the most correct way to use OpenClaw. We entered Y Combinator with Merse (AI Audio Comic), it was an app that I personally never used. Michael Seibel confronted us on it, and said, “if you aren’t the best user of your consumer app, then who is?”. I now use DenchClaw daily for everything I do, it also works as a coding agent like Cursor, DenchClaw built DenchClaw. I am addicted to DenchClaw now that I can ask it, “hey in the companies table only show me the ones who have more than 5 employees” and it updates it live than me having to manually add a filter. On Dench, everything sits in a file system, the table filters, views, column toggles, calendar/gantt views, etc, so OpenClaw can directly work with it using Dench’s CRM skill. The CRM is built on top of DuckDB, the smallest, most performant and at the same time also feature rich database we could find. It creates a new OpenClaw🦞 profile called “dench”, and opens a new OpenClaw Gateway… that means you can run all your usual openclaw commands by just prefixing every command with `openclaw --profile dench` . It will start your gateway on port 19001 range. You will be able to access the DenchClaw frontend at localhost:3100. Once you open it on Safari, just add it to your Dock to use it as a PWA. Think of it as Cursor for your Mac which is based on OpenClaw. DenchClaw has a file tree view for you to use it as an elevated finder tool to do anything on your mac. I use it to create slides, do LinkedIn outreach using MY browser. DenchClaw sees what you see, does what you do. It’s the everything app, that sits locally on your mac. All yours. Just ask it “hey import my notion”, “hey import everything from my hubspot”, and it will literally go into your browser, export all objects and documents and put it in its own workspace that you can use. P.S. It comes with Garry Tan's GStack built in.

JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk “third photo is the day when it was almost unbearable” —— 🌞it’s the photo that day i took my sister out; i had been working very hard for several consecutive days, but in the end she said she wanted to go out together. normally my sister doesn’t really want to go out with me much cause she likes staying in her room. although i was the one driving - in the end it seemed that day she was the one kind of taking me out. like sometimes we forget our goal but that everything i work for nowadays is to take care of my nongs nothing else. every day is tiring almost no free days, but i do all this work cause i want to see my nong at a good school - in a good place. that day made me feel that being close to my nong fulfilled something inside me like “yeah what i’m working for today is for my siblings - and that day we sat together and had a full meal with my nongs” my mom didn’t come she was tired and stayed home getting a massage : has this event been a long time ago? 🌞it was a long time ago. but i still remember it ecause sometimes we remember the day just from the feelings of that day - that’s why i chose this photo : that day going out with tired feelings but probably coming your room with a different feeling? 🌞actually it was another feeling kind of like still tired right but it’s the kind of tired that feels really good it was like reminding myself that today i really did what i wanted to do 🌞i see my nong sister has her own room - my nong brother has his own room and my little sister also has her own room. everyone in my family gets to eat what they want 🌞cause i grew up in conditions where i couldn’t have what i wanted. i didn’t have shoes as nice as others - didn’t have nice bags - didn’t have the best quality pencils. i would use almost a whole pencil before i could get a new one asking mom for a new pencil. so i felt that i don’t want my siblings to have to live like i did. : that was your life when you were in Turkey? 🌞yeah not extremely difficult but i had to be frugal : what you’re telling sounds like you were taking on your dad’s role 🌞yeah but did i want to do it? no! i didn’t want to take my dad’s place at all. if i could choose to go back if i could choose i would want my father still alive. but in the end everything forced me to grow up on the day i didn’t want to and in the end i did grow up
