Can you see small medium then big elliptical on the right limb and very limited ones on the left? What does limb movement and synergies say about muscle properties and pelvic structure ? Does “technique” matter? Well only if you want to load specific tissues and create protective system tension. We had a really interesting 10.6 sprinter with repeated right side hamstring strains over the past year join our hamstring workshop. UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic 💪🏾Isokinetic tests have him really really strong on both limbs. 🔋Emg told a story of right side dominance and good lateral to medial hamstring balance whilst the left side was far more imbalanced with medial hamstrings dominating action that we assumed the lateral would. 🧐When we went on to the track, we saw similar things. 🚩Notably a reluctance to open up into late swing phase, avoiding long lever eccentric stress on the distal hamstrings…. ON THE LEFT LEG! Well this was noticed across a range of exercises velocities and complexities. 🏃🏾‍♀️ Drills with speed and locomotion, static fast drills as well as static slow drills. 🧐Movement illuminates structural qualities. 🧐Can you spot the difference in these two leg cycles? Could it be that the right side is repeatedly hurt due to the deficit in the left side. After all, if you can’t integrate late swing phase, then you will have poor negative foot speed. This video of Snoop Dogg is going viral after he told viewers not to vote for Donald Trump, in an expletive-laden statement. A few things I need to point out: 1) Even though this video is suddenly trending this morning on multiple social platforms, it is OLD. In fact this video was created over 4 years ago in 2019 amidst a partial government shutdown as Trump was president. Snoop was talking about re-electing him in 2020, not 2024. 2) He has every right to express his opinion here, just like you have every right to push back. I would have avoided the expletives, but in general I still agree with him that Trump in 2020 or 2024 would be a disaster. Why would be elect the man who added more to our national debt in 4 years than any president in history, if we are all so worried about our national debt & inflation?

It don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that swing! “This is my beloved husband, Anthony showing his great golf swing about 2 years prior to his passing from Stage 4 lung cancer July 4, 2024 at the age of 74. I will never forget that morning at the hospital when the doctors said he had 2 to 3 hours to live because the cancer held at bay in the left long for one year had finally consumed the right lung. They gave him morphine to slow his breathing for a more comfortable passing. I’ve since learned that his transition began 6 weeks prior. I called immediate family. We joined a circled around his bed and played his favorite music. I spoke to him through out the day. Ten minutes before passing, he said, “Kiss me.” He was known as a “scratch” player back in the day. He almost entered to play professional golf, but his dad needed him in the family brick laying business in NYC. They did the exterior brick/stone work for many of the high rises including work for Donald Trump. I know a lot seems bad in the world and Twitter in general seems like a dark place but this little story will brighten your day. I organized a dog walk a couple of weeks ago in New York when visiting. I asked if someone would bring a shelter dog along we could try re-home. This is Bubba Cranberry who came along. He was very shy and wary of other dogs so he had to stay at the back. I had to meet him quietly. He was lovely. Cranberry had been in the shelter for nearly a year. Nobody wanted him… (1/3) 🧵

STOP poisoning your babies!! "Day 13 after the 💉 7:39 am before daycare 5:10 pm intubated because he can’t breathe. Life flight coming to get him. Life flight leaving with him Him TERRIFIED not knowing what is happening. Chronic ear infections needing antibiotics that wreck their gut? Sick shortly after receiving 💉? “When I got to him that day he started to turn blue. I picked him up and held him out in front of me to open up his airway. He was still moving all extremities at that point. Minutes, maybe even seconds who knows, later his arms went limp and fell back behind him. The rest of his body then quit moving in my arms as well. 9-1-1 rushed us to the ER. All tests, blood work, scans, x-rays were normal. They intubated him because he was struggling to breathe on his own. Life flight came and reintubated him because he was uncomfortable. We got to Childrens at the same time they did. They admitted him and immediately took him for his MRI. Dr. Cullimore knew what was happening before we even got there. They had just had 2 children with the SAME thing leave in the last two weeks with it, they came from the same ER as each other. One left a day before we got there…but it’s “rare” right? They asked all sorts of questions. So many tried to blame his daycare provider. I knew that would never be the case. After his MRI she sat us down and specifically said “this can be caused by a vaccine or a virus”. My heart sank. I knew what happened to him. Still mad I didn’t get that on video. If you can plan a nursery, you can take the time to read an insert for your childs safety and wellbeing. My baby was not sick.”

CBum did have to get as low as 1500 calories on his off days 1800 calories on training days So we can assume an average of around 1700 This is not depletion either This was in the thick of his prep At 250 lbs!!! (he said his weight in the same video) using TONS of drugs Granted he was lean as fuck & attempting to get even leaner but again 2 5 0 POUNDS WITH DRUGS and he was doing HOURS of cardio per day (he also said this in the same video) So, yes…your average Joe that weighs 180 trying to get that last bit of fat off to get to a pretty lean 175 might need to drop as low as 1700, 1600, 1500 calories per day!

One possibility is that the Trump administration thought the Iranian regime would crumble in a few weeks under the economic blockade. A more likely possibility is that Trump delayed it as much as possible to ensure the end of the second phase of discussions falls after the midterm election. This can be achieved with only one extension of the 60-day period, so if the nuclear talks fail, Democrats won’t use it as ammunition against Republicans.
